Upon arriving here at the location of the property, the place is full of activities to enjoy life, whether in sports such as a simple walk around the logoa, a trail in the dune formations, boat and jet ski rides or even a paragliding jump. In addition to all this, Marlon's property is located close to supermarkets, great restaurants and cafeterias. It was really worth it. I spent part of my vacation here, and I'm very grateful. Wonderful place, birds on the balcony, wonderful landscape in the laundry window and on the terrace! Township turned my home for a few months. João is also a darling, always making himself available! We gathered the staff of the building with him, his wife and son, and it was great. Approved place!

Minibar, electric kettle to heat water, box of sachets with various teas, pampering candy, air-conditioning working. Parking. Honest price. Great location. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

By car, you can reach all the main points of the city very quickly: Vila Germanica, Shopping Malls, exit and return to the city. Very good rooms and beds with air-conditioning, and a great shower in the bathroom. Very quiet and safe place.
