Both the location and the apartment met expectations very well. Cleanliness, organization and facilities, from the entrance of the apartment to check-out, were very positive points. I was very pleased and I must return more often - not only for work, as it was this time. Congratulations to the hosts!!!

The hosting was excellent! Everything as described in the advertisement. The apt's location is sensational. But the big difference in hosting was Aline's availability, goodwill, and clarity. He gave us tips on EVERYTHING in the city. For sure this was fundamental for us to love the visit to participate in Oktoberfest. I recommend it to anyone and we will definitely come back at a next opportunity.

Rute made us feel right at home. The apartment is even better in person, smells good, great location, new furniture and utensils, she even left appetizers for me and my family when we arrived. Whenever I needed it, she was very attentive and helped us with tips and was always very attentive to our well-being! We will definitely come back more often.

The stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described. The location is very good, easy to get around to any area of the city. The apartment was all new: woodwork, electronics, furniture. Comfortable bed, modern TV, large refrigerator and utensils such as coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and water filter with natural and cold options. Everything we needed from Jean he promptly responded to, the communication is excellent. I'll try to stay with him whenever I go to Blumenau. I recommend it!

Great accommodation, exactly as per listing, I thought it was even better. Vivian proved quite willing and receptive all the time. I will leave here some positive points and some that I considered negative. Positivo: -Location, near the supermarket, bus terminal, near the German village. The apartment structure, all very comfortable, the sofa bed is giant and very good for sleeping. Negativo: -Check-in: I had difficulty getting into the building. The link asked to login and did not have the option to register a new user. I was only able to get in because a resident was leaving and he opened the gate. However, it wasn't time-consuming. -Check-out: I found it a little laborious, as the building has no porter (at least I didn't see any during the days I spent there). So you need to get the car out of the garage, turn around the block, park in front of the building, get up with the control and leave it inside the apartment. I think you could think of an easier way.
