Alexandre was very helpful and attentive. I recommend the stay. Two points of improvement in the house are: the refrigerator and freezer are small for the size of the house (there could be one more piece of equipment to adequately serve) and the dining room chairs are in need of a replacement.

The house is nice and ample. There’s always room for some improvements, but overall the hosts were very helpful and responsive, the location is nice and peaceful, the house’s very nice and provided the space we wanted to celebrate our father’s 87th birthday. Thank you!

Ivone and her husband were great hosts, always available to meet our needs. They live next to the house, but very discreetly. The house is spacious, as described in the photos, and serves large groups very well. Very clean and comfortable. Located just a few minutes from downtown. Everything was great and we will certainly be back!!

Our stay at Marcílio's site was wonderful! I made a special trip with my 5-year-old son to ride the Enxaimel Route and enjoy the quiet of the place. The site is spacious, with a great pool, and provided us with very relaxing moments — we sleep super well every night. My son was delighted by feeding the birds and playing outdoors. Pomerode is also an excellent destination for kids, with attractions such as the Zoo, Vila Encantada, the tram ride and Osterfest. In addition, the city has amazing restaurants. We felt very welcome and there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend for sure!

An all-round perfect stay – absolute recommendation! The place was just amazing! Very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Particularly attentive: There was water and even delicious cookies ready for us – a super nice gesture that only confirmed the great first impression. The location was ideal – quiet, but still well connected, with lots of nice cafes and shopping nearby. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. You felt immediately welcome. Josiane's Mother welcomed us very well. We sleep 3 nights, and the space is consistent with what was announced, although we could only use to sleep due to the day's appointments, without a doubt I recommend the space!

The place is very beautiful, Fernando is an excellent person. I have only one observation, because of the photos it was not possible to understand that the property is in the back and to access it it is necessary to go to the side of the front house and climb a staircase increme. But in the rest everything was very good. Thank you!

My family and I had an excellent time of rest at the property. The beds and sheets were really comfortable. Everything was clean and working perfectly. We loved all the utensils made available to guests, as they were very helpful. The house has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, so we didn't get hot. There is also a barbecue that made the stay even better. Finally, the bathroom has a wonderful shower. I felt like I was in a hotel!! The neighborhood is also very good, without much noise, in addition to having everything nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish shop, stores, etc.). I highly recommend the property to other guests!

Our stay was super comfortable. The accommodation was very well cleaned and organized. There were some small treats that make a difference in making you feel good about being there (coffee, tea, water bottles and chocolates). The lake in the outdoor area gives the children a little fun. The hosts treated us super well whenever we needed something. The house is very comfortable, it looks brand new, everything is organized and clean, I missed having a microwave and a toaster, which help in everyday life, check-in is done automatically, there is a safe at the entrance where the key is and she sent us the code by message to open it. It's easy, but I confess that I missed having someone to welcome us, it gives more confidence and security... other than that, it's a great place.

We just love the house! All very clean, the impeccable bathroom of great quality — the shower, then, wonderful. We went to the family and it was a super enjoyable experience. The location is a little further from the center, but by car is super quiet. We chose this style of house type place precisely to enjoy the climate of the countryside and truly rest — and it was very worth it! It has an excellent bakery just 4 minutes by car, I highly recommend. Ah, and a tip: book a night to use the wood burning stove and prepare a special dinner. It's a delight and makes everything even more cozy!

We stayed for 3 days and loved the experience! The house is very beautiful, well organized and extremely clean. The bathroom is a standout: super beautiful and well-maintained. The house was very well equipped, with items that greatly facilitated our stay, such as detergent, toilet paper, towels, linens, dish cloths, children's toys and hair dryer. Air conditioning in all rooms was essential, especially on the hotter days. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and we can use the TV to watch Netflix peacefully. The neighborhood is super quiet, with a very family atmosphere, ideal for resting. It was all very comfortable and practical, we will definitely stay again when we return to Pomerode!

Clean, fragrant house, it is very cozy, everything as shown in the listing. Dalila is a very dear host, she is attentive and makes us very comfortable in her space. Along with her mother, they are two darlings. We went with our dogs and were very well received.
