It is located 10 km from the center of Pomerode, where most of the city's tourist attractions are located. The access road is almost entirely paved. The ranch has ample space with a private entrance and parking, and has a brick house surrounded by gardens, orchards, streams and ponds, and a vast green area with springs that cross the ranch.
