Monthly Rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

The studio was perfect for my stay of about two months for work. It's clean and has all the essentials, and getting to the beach was very convenient. Marisela is an amazing host. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel at home. She invited me over for dinner a number of times (which was always delicious) and she helped me get to know the area too. She was always proactive and she worked to accommodate me even as my work changed the schedule of my stay significantly. I could not have asked for a better stay, or a better host. Thank you Marisela!

As advertised, condo was clean, tidy and well stocked. All furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom shower and tub had great pressure stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as cotton swabs and hand wash. Of course, we were at the beach 90% of our stay which the chairs were backpack style for our short steps to some of the nicest beaches and clear blue water. Convenient grocery stores and wonderful restaurants also augmented our stay. we loved it here.

The perfect location for a trip near 30A! Christine was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The space was clean, private, peaceful, and in a great location. We will be back!

Great area for the family! It's a nice place with a lot of walkable restaurants and shops as well as a private beach that was only a 5-min walk. The place was next to Red Fish Taco, which was hosting concerts the month of April when we went so it was a little loud when we were winding down for the night, but they were usually done by 10 P.M. so not too late. The host was responsive and answered all our questions and even help us when there were supplies missing in the unit. Overall I would say it's on the more peaceful side of 30A and is populated (if you like it that way) then most parts. Great for our family and kids
