Promenade des anglais. Amazing sea view. 3bedrooms

Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in Nice. Sandra was really flexible with check in / check out, so we could make the most of our long weekend. The seaview from the sunny balcony was lovely for coffee or a glass of wine. The location was perfect - short stroll into old town and surrounded by restaurants and cafes / bars. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay in Nice at this apartment. The location is perfect: in a quite block, right across from a grocery store, while also being extremely central, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train station, as well as the historic part of town with many attractions. The apartment itself is gorgeous, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and amenities. The hosts were extremely communicative and available. Probably my best find on AirBnB so far, would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen area features wooden cabinetry and includes an oven and a stovetop. A small table is visible, adorned with a delicate centerpiece. Light tiles cover the floor, while a refrigerator is positioned in the corner, enhancing the practicality of the space.

Perfectly situated to access all our needs (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, local transportation and retail stores). It was very close to Old Town Nice and other tourist attractions. Perfect two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom. We loved the local with easy access for Uber rides. Jose and Kevin fixed any issues we had and were very easy to contact for questions. It is two flights of short stairways but would not recommend for guests with mobility problems (no elevator). Loved the quiet neighborhood and friendly people.
