Ideally located close to everything: beaches, museum, transport, restaurant, all shops nearby, bakery, supermarket, etc. Large mezzanine, double bed. Sofa bed (its use as a bed for 2 people entails a daily supplement of 10 €). You visit the whole city on foot, old town, museums.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
