Transport is at the foot. Parking for a tourism car is not a problem, electric charging stations at 50m All shops are nearby, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our check in was very smooth and informative with Edi. The apartment and location were perfect for us! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We loved having the balcony to sit out at and watch people go by. Also, really appreciated having the air conditioning. A must when staying in the summer. We would gladly stay again :)

Benoit and his partner Johan are going on a truly unforgettable fantastic trip. Especially, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable time for the whole three days of my stay thanks to Johan's careful care and help from before arriving at the accommodation to leaving. The view of this apartment is unbelievably crazy, and there are many beautiful places around here. As user manual provided by them, I was able to easily get to the cool restaurants and the main places in Nice.

The entrance features a grand staircase flanked by elegant columns, leading to a large stained glass window that showcases colorful scenes. The glossy marble floor reflects the light, enhancing the architectural details of the historic building.

Fue mi primer experiencia en Europa y mi primer experiencia en AirB&B. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, súper cómodo, acogedor, completo, luminoso, lindo y limpio. La ubicación es perfecta …. A 5 min a pie del tranvía donde te podes mover al aeropuerto y por el centro de Nice, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren donde te podes mover por toda la costa azul… a 5 minutos a pie de restaurantes… a 10 min a pie de la playa y el emblemático hotel Le Negredo. Pero más allá de eso Nico y Malek son dos anfitriones espectaculares, amables y serviciales. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde abrirnos la puerta ya que por error dejamos las llaves dentro del departamento hasta permitirnos dejar las valijas en un box después del check out. Solo palabras de agradecimiento!

What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.

We highly enjoyed our two week stay in Philippe’s exquisite apartment in Nice. We felt right at home from the beginning, with Philippe’s caring communication before and throughout our stay. For example, he arranged a limo for us to and from the airport and checked in with us frequently. The apartment is sunny and quiet and is well situated being close to the Promenade, the cafes, and train station. It is superbly decorated with original art and has a sleek modern kitchen and sparkling shower room. The furniture and beds are comfortable, which is so welcome after busy days strolling the Promenade d’Anglais, visiting Nice’s world class museums, and travelling to other spots on the Cote d’Azur. We loved staying in Philippe’s charming apartment and recommend it highly.

A beautiful apartment with an enormous living room. A 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to a train station, and minutes away from hundreds of restaurants. Nicolas was a very helpful and generous host. The only criticism is the second bedroom is small and has the washing machine and dryer.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cute, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe, and everything was super accessible. Our host was flexible with check-in, extremely helpful, and responsive. I felt comfortable the entire stay and would definitely book here again!
