Monthly Rentals in Blackborough

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Our first family holiday with our 2 week old baby. The house was perfectly equipped for an easy stay, with lots of toys to entertain our toddler and safe garden for football. We all enjoyed the walk to the Drewe Arms, Broadhembury. Lovely pub lunch and garden.

If you are looking for a tranquil, peaceful space, this is the place to be. The private apartment is comfortable, welcoming and well equipped with games, books and interesting information about local walks and places of note. The balcony is a fabulous addition, with countryside views. Eleanor kindly supplied fresh eggs (in a variety of colours from different breeds of chicken!) which made a splendid breakfast! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with cereals, herbs and other culinary items. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and secluded the space is, just perfect for getting away from “it all”.

Had a lovely week in this very peaceful and tranquil place. We were rained in one day, but felt at home and not put out, the whole feel was tranquility and peaceful. The roads are something else, though you expect the narrow back roads to be as they were, the council needs to pay attention to the main roads. Everything was in driving distance, most places had Spa shops and Honington has all you need to stock up. Plenty, and I mean plenty of good pubs and diners etc. Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Seaton were all delightful to visit and shop. Had a lovely week and wouldn't hesitate to book again and explore some more

Glen's place is exactly as described, Glen is friendly, flexible and accommodating. We loved our short stay in a beautiful part of the country and the neighbours are friendly too !
