Monthly Rentals in Black Sands Beach

Backyard was very beautiful and peaceful. Neighborhood is close to Chestnut St with restaurants and shopping. Close to Crissy field and the marina, which made for great jogs and outings. Washer + dryer worked great. Bathroom is quite large and luxurious (tub and separate standing shower with 2 shower heads). Check-in instructions were clear and well communicated! Package delivery worked well. There's also an amazon locker for pickup about 15 mins away at the Safeway. Had a great time here :)

Max was one of the most helpful hosts i've had in a long time (and I travel for work so that's saying a lot!) He was always reachable with a random question or when I was seeking a solution to a problem. The unit was a great solo space that felt like home. Everything I needed had a space to go & there were plenty of resources around the unit to use. Small things made a huge difference like the closet unit & yoga mat & good cookware! The area is super quiet and peaceful and minus a couple of San Francisco hills it was very walkable to the train & the Castro area! Loved this place & would absolutely stay again ❤️

My husband and I stayed for 3 months in John's guest unit, and we loved every minute of it! This home is located in the beautiful hills of Sausalito, and is tucked away off a quiet, peaceful street. The view from the apartment and private balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The unit is spacious with lots of storage space, and the kitchen is well stocked. We worked from home most days and had no problems with wifi connection. John is a wonderful host, and even better person. He was extremely friendly, while also offering privacy. John was extremely proactive at communicating as soon as we booked the airbnb, sending detailed instructions for arrival and check-in. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this airbnb!
