Monthly Rentals in Black Rock

We had an amazing time here in Sumner over two nights. The location was perfect for some gorgeous morning beach swims, and it was so easy to walk to the shops for a fish and chips dinner. Gorgeous clean rooms, and everything we needed was supplied (towels, coffee tea, etc) Highly recommend staying here!

I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

Perfect spot, with ever changing fantastic panoramic sea, city and distant mountain views. Great comms from Gabby before, during and post stay. Everything is as shown and described on Airbnb. Comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom for your stay, all perfectly clean and tidy. Lovely quiet spot tucked away in the hills (creating the amazing views), but only a short 5 min drive from all you need in Sumner, or 20 minute drive into Christchurch. We'd love to return on our next trip to NZ. Thanks Gabby.

We stayed two nights in Rachel's lovely little unit in Sumner, what a beautiful place to visit. The bed was comfortable and warm and the heatpump kept us very warm which was lovely on a cool autumn's night. The bathroom was immaculate and linen beautiful.
