TLDR; 10/10 would stay again. There's just too much to say about how much we absolutely loved our stay. To be honest, we were nervous about meeting Thad and Tracey as we've never interacted with hosts face to face. They felt like old friends or family that were letting us stay in their guest house instead of strangers providing us a home for the week. I wished we'd asked them to dinner. Our stay was peaceful and everything we needed, from the hand written sign welcoming us and our dog by name, to evenings on the patio watching the sun set. The house is an easy drive away from anything you want to do while being far enough out to make it feel like a retreat. We cannot say enough how grateful we are for everything included in our stay.

It was the perfect getaway! 20 minutes from Safeway for grocery shopping, another 10 from Phoenix. The surroundings are beautiful. You'll enjoy this place if you are a big nature and animal lover as I am! The airbnb felt homely - it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Every question I had went answered in a very timely manner. They checked in with me regularly to see if I was comfortable with everything. Ultimately - I see myself staying here again in the future and definitely recommend it!

When in Phoenix, we make a point of staying at TSMC Casita which is located within a lovely gated community. It is a safe & peaceful home away from home, conveniently located near many amenities. Rene & Fonda are wonderful hosts, very accommodating, attentive to details and extremely responsive which make our stay truly stress free. Thank you Rene & Fonda, we appreciate you, until next time!
