Vacation rentals with a patio in Bishop

Fantastic condo in the best location! Easy walk to the Gondola for skiing, and never need the car because shops and restaurants are right in the village. Amenities are great and the wine and s’more kit upon arrival was a great treat! The condo is stocked with great games and fun puzzles. Everything was just perfect.

They were very responsive and helped us out with flexible checkin due to the mountain hours changing. The place is right in the center of town which is nice to be able to walk to Vons or restaurants.

Susan's condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping, and close to town/mountain shuttles. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to function in. Bed is quite comfortable, and everything is very clean. This is our favorite area in Mammoth to stay and we hope to return.

Nice condo in a KILLER location. Close enough to all the amenities in town but far enough away that it’s peaceful and relaxing. And still only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This upstairs unit was cozy and welcoming and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The layout of the neighborhood made for nice dog walking in a clean, well-kept community. The views of the mountains and a little snowy creek running through the property didn’t hurt! We played with our kids in the snow right out front (and to the side, and behind, and a little ways down the road…there was plenty of clean white snow all over and it hadn’t snowed in days). There were some low grades that we could have sledded down but nothing steep or spectacularly long so we went elsewhere to sled. It’s more of a snowball fight and snowman affair for the kids around here. There are creeks and ponds scattered around the neighborhood so do be careful. 10AM checkout was a little brutal but don’t let that stop you! We’d book again

Great spot for a ski trip in Mammoth Lakes! There's a bus stop right outside the condo unit, so there's no need to walk super far in your bulky ski boots! Patricia's instructions for locating the unit and getting in were super clear and we were getting ourselves settled in in no time! The bed upstairs and the two fold-outs downstairs were comfy and the sheets were fresh and quite warm. The thermostat took a little fiddling with to get just right but once we figured it out it was no problem. Dishes were nice and clean and the kitchen had all the usual amenities. Just what my brothers and I needed for a great ski getaway.

We loved our stay in mammoth. The accommodation was clean, stylish and comfortable. Great linen and comfy beds in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for better place for our first visit to the mountain. We will be back

The house was spotless, especially considering dogs are allowed! Everything in the kitchen looks new. Only issue at all is that since it's a split level, it gets warm upstairs while it may be chilly downstairs with a/c on. But overall, great house & yard, perfect for dogs and very comfortable for multiple adults.

My family and I had the best weekend trip, the house was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and well kept. Beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was clean and had a great play area for the kids. We definitely plan to come back for every family Shaver trip.

Great location short walk to the village, brewery, and shops, also next to the golf course. We liked that the house was equally distant about a mile to the Eagle Lodge and also only a mile to the Canyon Lodge.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was kid friendly with games and toys already being provided. The house is in a great location, separated from town and super close to twin falls! We will definitely be back, hopefully winter time to utilize the ski in and out feature!

This house in Mammoth was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The owner provides everything you could need in the kitchen and clearly pays close attention to detail. When we arrived, the house was already warm and the lights were on, which made us feel instantly welcome. The owner even messaged us for an earlier check-in. The garage is super convenient, especially during colder months. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was clean and incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the house. It’s rare to find a place this well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. One of the best Airbnb homes I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and relaxing stay in Mammoth!

Nicely updated, very clean and well appointed condo. It was a great place for our family of four to come home to after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

Great place right in the middle of the village, we felt right at home.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the village. It's so convenient to just take the elevator down and be right in the action. Finding the apartment initially was a bit of a treasure hunt, especially after a long drive. You have to navigate from the front lobby, find an elevator, go down, cross to another elevator, go up, and then walk a bit to the apartment. It felt a little complicated for check-in. However, once you've done it once, it's super easy – you just park and the apartment is conveniently on the second story from that point. We visited in May, which is off-season, so the gondola wasn't running. I imagine this spot would be incredibly convenient for ski-in/ski-out access during the winter! The apartment layout is fantastic, very comfortable, and the beds are great. Everything was pristine and clean. They even provided coffee, which was a nice touch for breakfast. Also we booked the day off so host very responsive.

Brian & Robyn are great hosts and are very proactive to ensure you have a comfortable stay at their condo. It is a cozy place that fit 4 comfortably. We loved that it has 2 full bathrooms. There was enough room where we didn't have to put the sofa bed and futon away and was able to hang out around the island and dining table. We did encounter the hot water cut out for a bit when were all showering right after each other, but it came back right on after 10 mins or less. Not a huge deal as it was in the spring, but something to keep in mind to space out the showers a bit! The condo is right near one of the hot tubs and is very walkable to the village and Mammoth Brewing Company. I'd love to stay at Brian and Robyn's condo again. It was a cozy and lovely place and they are great hosts. Check in was a breeze and Brian and Robyn have everything you need listed straight in the Airbnb app.

Great location - 10 minutes walk from the Village at Mammoth where you can find restaurants, shops and a general store. Nice and peaceful surrounding with great views of mountain and woods. Beautiful place - Nice furniture, very comfortable beds, well thought out layouts/rooms with plenty of storage. Thoroughly organized and very clean kitchen and baths. Well functioning fireplace made our stay during the snow that much more special. Only downside is the hard to open trash bin at the end when we tried to dispose of the trash. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

This is a wonderful airbnb. So beautifully designed and decorated. Extremely clean and exactly like pictures. Perfect location for visiting Mammoth. Our family had a wonderful time.
