Such a stunning tranquil location. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything needed for the four night stay we had but equally for a longer stay. Fitted to a high standard. Great communication from Nicola. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Delightful accommodation, full of character; incredibly close proximity to the NEC & airport but you could be in another world. Lovely welcoming atmosphere with much care taken over the delicious breakfast. Nice hot shower, very comfortable bed, slept soundly! Would recommend staying at Church Farm 100%.

very happy returning to Vik's yurt - to be in the middle of a big city, yet in a totally peaceful spot with birds in the trees and greenery all around, it's a great gift! to arrive to a chat and a cuppa, and later an early dinner is a bonus - and to be dropped off at the MAC for my gig, a double bonus - near enough to walk home afterwards. If that's the kind of place you like, you'll be as happy as me ( and that's happy!)

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Amy's accommodation was within walking distance of all amenities as well as Edgbaston Cricket Ground where we watched England v West Indies. The Coach House offered us everything we needed as well as a very quiet location and our sleep was undisturbed.

Unbelievably close to Birmingham Airport and the NEC and yet you feel a world away at Camilla's beautiful & peaceful old farm house and stables. Welcoming atmosphere, lovely hot water, superb breakfast, could not ask for anything more.

A little off the beaten track so to speak. Driveway can be a bit muddy however it's a lovely quite location with all the stuff you need to feel at home.

Third stay for me in the annex. Great place for overnight accommodation. Well presented. Secluded but extremely convenient. Nimai is an excellent host, proactive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this property if you’re touring, visiting or working away.

Very well appointed annexe behind locked gates, very private. We used it for a one night for a stopover. Very convenient pub/restaurant next door, we only had a drink but lots of diners, probably need to book. Would use again, highly recommended.

Had an excellent couple of days here. Clean comfortable place in a very quiet area. Imran greeted us and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay for a weekend, the place was of a very high standard, and great value for the price. Check in/access was very easy and Andreea was very helpful and responsive. Short walk to lovely parks that Leamington Spa has to offer, and I would highly recommend to others. Thanks so much for a brilliant stay!

We were visiting Kenilworth Castle and this was only a short drive away. The instructions given to find the Airbnb were really helpful and we were able to find it with no trouble. The bungalow was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, and there was even milk and tea/coffee provided which was much appreciated. Would recommend for groups visiting the Kenilworth area.

Wonderfully peaceful and clean little guest house with great amenities. Excellent location in a great area with many shopping and dining locations within short driving distance. Hosts were prompt and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

As soon as we pulled up Donna came and greeted us, extremely friendly and welcoming. Showed us around and recommended the pub for food which we did and it didn’t disappoint. Comfy bed and clean room with ensuite, brought up some milk so we could make coffee/tea, also made some toast in the morning which was a lovely thought. Highly recommended

Beautifully kitted out was home from home. Kerry & her husband were super friendly they look forward to the business. Superb location for Solihull, Birmingham & surrounding areas, not far from the Stratford upon Avon so great spot. The little pad had everything you need for your stay. Great heating& washer dryer perfect if you’ve been out for walks in the rain or a long day out in the winter. Would highly recommend this air b & b the perfect get away for a single person or couple.

My friends and I had a great stay. The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient.Close to the city centre-and having parking available was a big plus. Everything was well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth.,the instructions were clear.The host was easy to communicate with. I'd definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend and stay again, was a very comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Kevin and family were very friendly and helpful hosts, always responsive to messages and made us feel like they were available if we needed anything. That's not to say they were always around, other than introducing themselves when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left they left us alone to enjoy our weekend, just checking in by message to check if all was OK. A perfect balance of being available but not having us feel like we were in somebody else's house with them. Parking was also very easy and convenient.

A beautiful and welcoming home away from home. Michelle is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. From providing tea and biscuits when we arrived, to providing recommendations on places to eat at, and even to letting hubby sit in her brand new car (because he’s a car nut!!!). Loved it and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to pubs, shops and everything xxx

Host and her husband were great and very accommodating and happy to answer any questions, great communication. Home was clean and had everything we could have asked for, ironing board, shower wash, breakfast, condiments etc. Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and the host helped us out with details of local taxi companies
