The "Villa Chloe" is quietly located on Elisenstrasse and borders on the spa park of the Baltic Sea resort Binz. In part, the Elisenstrasse is even in the monument area. Since the Elisenstrasse is a dead end, we have a very quiet, yet central residential area. The cozy and high -quality apartment 1 in the "Villa Chloe" is located on the ground floor of the new pool villa. Completion August 2023. The beach promenade is less than 250 m away, the sandy beach and of course the Baltic Sea borders on it. The main street or Binz promenade mile - pedestrian zone can be reached quickly after 30m meters. The Villa Chloe combines stylish pool architecture and contemporary modernity. There are a total of 9 apartments in Villa Chloe. The stylish and cozy apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed & access to the terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, large sink, floor-to-ceiling windows, the living-dining area with integrated open kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave/oven and much more) , Cable TV, and internet access. The dining area consists of an increased, fold -out dining table and chair stools. A beach chair and terrace furniture invite you to relax on the sunny terrace. Here you can enjoy your vacation time. The entire apartment is equipped with electric blinds and safety windows so that it can be completely darkened. An associated car parking space in the underground car park can be rented for € 6.50 per day (pre -registration required). 2 laundry packages are already included in the final cleaning. The laundry package contains bed linen, towels, bathing racks and tea towels. Non -smoking apartment - we generally ask not to smoke in the apartment. Vacation with dog: 1 dog (only small breeds possible, well brought up goes without saying ;-) is welcome after prior notification and is calculated with a flat rate of € 45/per stay. / We ask for your understanding that he is not allowed in or on the beds or on the furniture. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.
