The non-smoking apartment is small but well equipped at 28 m². It has a small kitchen corner, a dining area with possible sleeping space and a shower room. The room has space for a 1.80 m bed. Towels and bed linen can be brought by yourself or rented for €5 per person. The one-time final cleaning includes a parking space for a car. In front of the apartment is a terrace just for you. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

The 17 is the largest apartment in the Charlotte apartment building. Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main street (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main street of Binz ends with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmachter. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
