The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large balcony that you can relax in the fresh air, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather does not play along. Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. The apartment offered here is just right for a large family or two families traveling together. It is lovingly decorated and has a nice large terrace. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception

Our modern apartments in the Villa am Parl, which were completely renovated in 2019, are centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The apartment has a spacious 47 m², a separate bedroom and a living room that invites you to feel good and relax. There is also an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The cabin in the sea magic house is our smallest apartment for one to two people. In the room there is a kitchenette next to the bed, table and closet. It's about 1.3 km to the beach The large garden of the manor house can of course be used. There are grills, a fireplace and a wood-burning stove.
