This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

10 of us stayed here for a week, for a cycling trip. Fantastic location for cyclists, peaceful and quiet. Great amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. Cristina was a fantastic host and even helped us out on arrival, as our flight was moved forward and we landed early morning, Cristina allowed us to check in earlier. Would definitely recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Xesca's home. It was in a very nice quiet residential area and easy to get to on public transport. We walked a lot getting out into the hills and we also used the local train service, Palma to Inca, to visit some other towns. There were some super restaurants within a few minutes walk of Xesca's home and Xesca had also left us a wonderful collection of fruit and there was a wonderful grapefruit tree and lemon tree in the garden.

A clear soap dispenser filled with liquid soap is positioned on a stone countertop next to a small white dish. The background features a tiled wall with blue glass blocks, creating a subtle contrast with the soft tones of the bathroom.

Everything great! The location is fine if you have a car to get around and it is very easy to park. The apartment is large and comfortable and has everything you need for a few days in Mallorca.

What a great stay at Anna&Marga's place! A lovely house with a great and peaceful environment, including a big and clean swimming pool. The owner was always reactive and nice, whatever the time of the day. Already thinking of coming back next year, but for 2 weeks this time!

We had a wonderful Easter stay. The view was amazing from the Villa. Villa spacious and private. Car required and a great base for us to explore the island of Mallorca! Gracias!! 🇪🇸

The house is amazing! It’s beautifully furnished with lots of amenities, they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need! It’s great for kids with lots of outdoor space to run around. We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift from the local market. They provide a really helpful book of recommendations of beaches, restaurants and shops. The hosts were lovely and super reactive to any questions we had.

An airy loft space features exposed wooden beams and a cozy sleeping area with a white bedspread. An iron railing divides the sleeping area from the lower level, ensuring an open yet defined space. Natural light enters from a window, softly illuminating the room.

It was very beautiful! The House is in the middle of the island, so it’s very central! The next supermarket is just a few minutes away and going to Palma by train is very easy! The house is very nice decorated and surrounded only by nature! The pool is great and everything was very clean!
