We stayed at Grace Green Ville Homestay for 6 days and had a truly memorable experience. The home was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden that made it even more relaxing. Renuka was an incredible host, kind, thoughtful, and always attentive. Her homemade food was absolutely delicious, and she took such care in preparing each meal. One day, after a casual conversation about our favorite desserts, she surprised us by making it from scratch, it was such a touching and thoughtful gesture. She constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and we shared some warm and meaningful conversations during our stay. Her hospitality made us feel completely at home, and her kindness left a lasting impression on all of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Renuka, for everything, you made our stay truly special!

Tropical Sunsets No 10 - Negombo

We arrived at CMB Airport at midnight. From there it took us about 30mins to get to the location. Finding the place was a little confusing, because we were looking for “Tropical Sunsets”, but the building is called “Ocean Breeze”. Following that, we spent 3 wonderful nights in the apartment. The bed is comfy, the view from the balcony is great, and the rooftop pool is awesome! The host is very communicative and responds quickly. The location is great, as it’s close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Only downside was the low water pressure which makes it hard to remove shampoo and especially sand after a day at the beach. Overall very good start to our trip and highly recommended!

A sandy beach is lined with traditional fishing boats, partially buried in the sand. Lush palm trees rise behind the beach, creating a serene atmosphere. People can be seen walking along the shore, with the ocean stretching out to the horizon under a clear blue sky.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is a beautiful place in a secluded part of town tucked off the main road on a calm side street. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms clean and super quiet and the ac works brilliantly. The host is so responsive and quick to reply. There are family and friends who are local and proved so helpful in finding local places as well as being great hosts and entertainers. I’d also strongly suggest getting dinner and breakfast cooked for you if the option is available, you won’t regret it, it was stunning and great value!! It felt so much more than just a place to stay, I feel I’ve had the full ‘Sri Lanka’ treatment that I hear so often about, warm, kind and full of laughter. Thankyou for a great stay, I wish I could have stayed longer. ඔයාට ස්තූතියි M+S xx

I booked this for a few of my friends who came from Spain for vacation in SL. The place was great and had all the required ammentities and it was a pleasurable stay. We really enjoyed the place and the view was amazing. It was a great value for money and very worth it. Devindra was a great host and communicated with us when we required assistance. Overall a wonderful experience and a great host.

The riverside infinity-edge plunge pool is surrounded by lush greenery and features a tranquil view of the river. Two outdoor chairs are positioned at the edge of the pool area, offering a serene setting for relaxation.

This place is absolutely incredible, and the pictures do not do it justice. The private pool was incredible, seeing the bat migration was worth staying in for. The service was top notch, and they anticipated our every need. The bathrooms are luxurious. You will find a few surprises that will blow you away, in a positive way. We don't want to ruin for you. It is one of the most lovely stays I’ve had to date. The gorgeous place and customer service of Ashane and Udeshi were incomparable. They were so consistent from inquiry to post check out. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe in their place. Almost everything you need they have and if they don’t they will reach the extra mile to help you with it. It was such a great first impression of Sri Lanka’s warmth and hospitality. Will definitely stay with them again on another Negombo trip.

Rooms and bathrooms as well as the outdoor area were clean. The room is a little clairvoyant. If you are a light sleeper, Oropax may be useful. Communication with Denis and all employees was friendly and helpful at all times. I used the accommodation for the last night near the airport. It is completely okay for this.
