stayed at this place as was visiting friends in the area, would definitely use this place again, was a described on the listing, Nick was a great host he met us as we turned up and left milk and bread cakes for us on our arrival, he also gave us great tips on places to eat and drink in the local area, Would def recommend,

We loved our stay here! One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve visited. Anya was super helpful and included lots of tiny details that made the stay extra smooth, particularly as we were visiting with our 5 month old. Thanks for having us and we’d love to come stay again.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Our hosts were very welcoming and kind and went the extra mile. The property was cosy and well set up and we were comfortable. In spite of looking out over the campsite it was very peaceful at this time of year. There were walks right from the door. There was an initial problem with the wrong instructions for access to the property but this was swiftly resolved. Alison was communicative and helpful. The campsite looked lovely - it might be possible to have a family holiday where maybe grandparents stayed in the little cottage and other family camped?
