This old barn has become an architectural experience through modern development. Over 250 sqm, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village outskirts with views of the fields, Rundlingsdorf Trabuhn in the beautiful Wendland. In the village there is an equestrian stable with flexible riding facilities for guests, even for children. Swimming facilities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) to Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location in the "old" building area of ​​the complex, with beautiful small houses, most of which are used as weekend or holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and invites you to relax. Gasgrill and fireplace including wood vailbale A whirlpool (50€ for the stay, May/Sept.) is available for additional cost. Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Time out in the forest with an oven and sauna!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Our first vacation rental is located in the front half of the former cow stable. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area can be complemented by a cozy sofa bed. Additional single beds can be provided. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Our second listing, the Eulennest, is next to it and can be booked for large groups.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Coupling directly on the car. Bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Stylish retreat in the historic Rundling

In a unique setting, this place invites you to relax and enjoy. The listed historic stable building from 1859 was fundamentally renovated in 2022 and now meets the highest standards. Ground floor, on 62 sqm this place is perfect for couples. On cool days, the fireplace provides coziness, on warm days the terrace invites you to sunbathe. Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

Spacious tiny house

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.

The 200 sqm, newly renovated, listed "foal stable" invites you with its idyllic location - in the middle of the Wendland near the Elbtalauen Biosphere Reserve. Lovingly furnished with a mix of modern design & antiques, the light-flooded house with its 10,000 sqm garden with old trees is THE retreat for families, groups of friends, "workations", yoga retreats and all those who love wide nature.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Spacious apartment for up to four people in Mahlsdorf. The apartment is located on the B71 and may not be idyllically quiet, but you have a great starting point for excursions to Salzwedel, Lake Arendsee, Gardelegen and Wendland. Also feel free to use them as a short stay to recharge for the onward journey or to have a pleasant stay during a business trip.
