The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

Prim’s place was fantastic. She is very responsive and she provided all the important information that we need prior arriving her place. The house was clean, with complete equipments especially for cooking and eating and their living room was really wide. Kids and big groups can enjoy get togethers because of it’s wide space. Btw, living room doesn’t have aircon but they have provided 2 electric fans. The bedroom linens are clean and tidy. The master’s is the only bedroom that has aircon. Only downside was it doesn’t have a comfort room at the 2nd floor which would be challenging if you have senior citizens with you. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Felt like home and a chill place. Thanks Prim!

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit, exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee and cooking supplies . The location was close to malls, restaurants and public transport. First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

it's my second time staying here and with the same room too!!! for the second time around, i was satisfied with my stay. super duper recommended. very convenient. if u want a clean and quiet accomodation, book your stay here ✨✨✨✨ hosts r very responsive too and they are considerate. made a decision everytime i'll visit my dad and grandma, i won't have second thoughts booking here again. lol

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

A Wonderful Stay! I had a great time at Mark's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were right there. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. Ms Mary Ann’s place was very homey. Perfect for relaxation and bonding. Although only 3 of us could come out of the 8 guests, we were able to enjoy our stay. This place is highly recommended.
