Vacation rentals with a pool in City of Binan

It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Pau and Joy’s Place was perfect for our peaceful family vacation. They have everything that we needed - thermal pool, dining table for our big group, and the basketball court. Both of the hosts communicated well with us and are proactive on giving us tips in making our trip worthwhile. Will definitely be back in our next visit!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is incredibly family-friendly , the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable, quality beddings. Our kids had a great time with the selection of board games provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout, and I absolutely loved the kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. We truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats and complete set of toiletries. Those small touches made us feel so welcomed and cared for. What’s even more amazing is how very affordable the place is for such a big, well-maintained home. It’s definitely great value for money. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends!

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Host is super easy to deal with. She’s promot and thorough on the details The place is perfect, it gave us a restful week as a family. Nicely interiored too and very clean Thank you! Just quick suggestion to have electric fans too at the living area and bedroom would make it even more perfect Overall great Thanks for hosting us

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! Well set up apartment that is easy to access in Alabang

Paolo's place was amazing. The check-in process was seamless, parking was easy. The place itself is quite cozy, and you've got a nice view of the south all the way to Makiling/Banahaw, with a bit of a view of Taal volcano itself. It's also right next to Ayala Malls Serin, which has a ton of options for food, a Waltermart for groceries, two pharmacies, and a convenience store. Overall great stay, and Paulo was such a nice host. Will definitely stay here again next time!
