The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Also, the beds are really comfortable. It’s one of the top things that we always look for in an Airbnb and Miss May’s place did not disappoint. Thank you for welcoming us in your lovely home.

Got to stay at Le Bianca Suite for 3 nights and it was absolutely worth it. the host, Ms. Bianca, was extremely accomodating and even agreed to our requests even when we had to message her late at night. We felt right at home and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Our colleague also left her charger and Ms. Bianca swiftly messaged us to return the item. Definitely worth it! It was our first time in this area but they made it more memorable and worth remembering and coming back to. Hope to visit again someday soon 💖

Loved the place! Pati relatives ko natuwa and nasulitan, super lapit sa picnic grove and siglo cafe. Mabait din yung care taker, plus 2 yung cr. Owner is also kind and friendly. :)

We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Ms Aileen is indeed a superhost – very accommodating and helpful. Though very short notice, naready agad yung place. The place was clean and cozy. The property is very easy to locate and the neighborhood is great. Katapat lang ng SMDC Calm yung subdivision. Highly recommended for big groups.

Great place. Location was easy to find. There's a nearby convenience store but they also have a mini store inside the premise. The place was spacious, clean, and the same as advertised. The caretakers were nice and friendly. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially when we had the bonfire. Looking forward to come back next time. Thanks for hosting us :)

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

This place is truly a paradise, a gem, and very beautiful and peaceful. The amenities, garden, kitchen, pool, and room are all very beautiful. If you want to relax and be surrounded by greenery, this place is perfect. Seriously, your mind and heart can truly relax here. Thank you so much to the owner, the host, and the caretaker. The villa was very spacious and beautiful. Wish we could stay longer. It was well-maintained. The amenities provided were enough for our group, we were able to cook and prepare our meals. We had a great time even though there was a power outage. A generator was there, it had some hiccups and power supply had its challenges which was understandable. The host was responsive and the directions were clear. The staff was very helpful. This place is highly recommended. Thank you!

Comms was seamless! Sir Zernan was very responsive to our messages and so considerate to our requests, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Also this is a perfect location to stay if planning to go to EK - (1) 1 tricycle ride lang going to EK ₱50/60 pesos per tric at a (2) very affordable price kasi it can accommodate big groups, actually nakaya for 12 pax (may 2 kids) and sir Zernan was aware of it too. Overall, we had an amazing experience since sobrang lawak and ang daming beds. Anyway, will surely book again in the future! Thank you po!

This was my second stay at this property. The property is close to everything I need including quick access to food and grocery deliveries. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Stayed for a night and it was very beautiful! Since it’s in a farm, expect a lot of insects but other than that, the place was clean and in pristine condition. Kuya Joshua, the stay-in staff, was very helpful and accommodating. Wasn’t able to try the bonfire since it rained. The location was a bit hard to get to since the roads are small but it’s 5-10 mins away from Tagaytay by car. It was quiet and peaceful, it’s like you are in your own world. Would definitely recommend!

Darwin’s place is a good place to chill and unwind. My sister celebrated her 18th birthday there and her friends were happy since the place is very private. The caretaker and owner is also responsive whenever I have questions. The kitchen utensils were complete and the rooms were big and tidy. My sister and her friends had a pleasant stay. There’s a chance that we might go back here.

We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Loraine’s casa. I love how minimalist her house is. Easy to locate plus you’ll be spoiled with choices as there are supermarkets, restaurants and fastfood outside the community. Plus factors: The house was clean and we felt safe the entire stay as it is a gated community. We will definitely book again!
