Some colleagues and I were guests of Matteo for a few days during our master's degree, and we had a great time. The apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. Matteo proved to be an extremely present and helpful host: he always responded to messages very quickly, and was very responsive on every occasion. The location was convenient for us, although not central, because we needed to reach the university: in this sense it worked perfectly. Overall, a pleasant and smooth stay. Thanks again Matteo!

Pietro is a professional and very friendly host, always available and responsive in chat for various needs. I stayed for all 23 nights in the room and I can say that I had a great experience. The room has an air conditioner and private bathroom with a comfortable bed; there is a very comfortable washer and dryer that all guests of the various rooms and apartment in the building use. I definitely recommend this place because of the proximity to the center and the value for money.

I thank Mr. Fiorenzo very much for the lovely apartment he made available. A truly beautiful, modern, and essential environment in all its uses. Super convenient parking and always space to park. Very quiet area. Definitely to be considered for future trips in the area.
