The house is in perfect condition. Great for two families who want to share a house, as it has two separate homes complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, within the same house. So inside that you are sharing a vacation and home, you can have your moments of privacy. Spacious house, large garden and barbecue. As it appears in the photos. You won't find any unpleasant surprises. It has all the utensils you could possibly need in your stay. You can store two cars inside the plot of the house. The host is wonderful, she is always attentive to everything and willing to answer any questions you may have. The only thing we had was that the house needed some thorough cleaning. The overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen and pristine bathrooms, but in the corners and corners there were some cobwebs and dust accumulated in the hidden areas. Something that would surely be punctual and will be fixed. Recommended!

The house is spectacular, clean and tidy. The owner Toñi is a charming woman, super friendly and helpful. Perfect location and a quiet place with everything within reach. We'll be back, that's for sure.

We stayed at this place with 12 people and were really satisfied. The house is spacious, clean and well organized, with enough rooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect for cooking even for large groups. The location is great: quiet but convenient for getting to the center of Somo and the beaches. The owner was very helpful and quick in communications. An experience we recommend.

Everything went great. The house corresponds to the photos and description. José Ignacio has always been very available. The location of the house is very good to get around Cantabria or to enjoy the beaches of Ajo. We had a great time and will not hesitate to repeat.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

Roberto and his partner are very nice hosts. Both informed us in detail about the most beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Communication during our stay was timely and respectful. Great house and very friendly host. 10m to the beach. Métro handy to visit bilbao. Quicu was very flexible for the arrival. The house is nice, well located and the carpark is handy. I really recommand without hesitation

We really enjoyed the Airbnb. There were 10 of us and there was everything, we were all super comfortable, we did BBQ and we used the outside of the house a lot, which is beautiful as well as its interior! Everything was amazing and Jaime was an amazing host! We'll be back!

A 10/10 experience. Everything was great: the accommodation was impeccable, with very well-kept and very comfortable facilities. The service was unbeatable, especially from Jaime, who was very attentive to everything and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. In addition, he was thoughtful enough to leave us a delicious welcome gift, which was a great success. And what about the views of the Cantabrian Sea... they had no idea how spectacular they were! We were gawking at them. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended.

Galder’s house was very nice to stay at. It was very beautiful and big. It fits a lot of people comfortably. The location was great. It was close to a lot of places, but still felt private. It’s also close to two nice surfing beaches called Laga and Laida. In the house there is a manual that tells you a lot of places you can go to. In my time I loved San Sebastián. In San Sebastián there was a beach with an island you can swim to. Though San Sebastián is very fun and pretty it’s very far,(1hr 30min drive) so it can be hard for young kids. The house is also very family friendly, it has a high chair, portable crib, toys, and a backyard. Galder’s house is great! We would love to stay there again.

This house is as lovely as it looks. Very modern, every window was electronic black out blinds and many open as doors as well as windows for ventilation. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are very comfortable and stylish. Arkaitz was a lovely host and messaged regularly sending useful information and checking all was ok. WiFi and TV watching was good. We had use of beach towels and a parasol for the beach. We loved the beach there! 10 minutes walk or an easy drive with a parking lot, the sand is soft as anything and the beaches are really wide and spotlessly clean. You can surf and paraglide there. We loved the social spaces of the large kitchen and the terrace for cooking eating and there’s a large supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. The kitchen has everything a family would need. 20 mins in a car to the airport and 25ish to Bilbao, we were very happy with our choice of rental house. There’s also a garage to keep your car in and cool in the hot summer sun.

The location of the house allows quick and convenient access to the beach, downtown or to get in and out of the city. Also, it is in a very quiet area. As for Inés, she was very kind, attentive and even gave us options for eating and dining near the house, as well as for visits. A 10!

Rosa was the best host we had on our experience in Spain. It allowed us a flexibility of check-in given our traveling trip, gave us a thousand directions to the area, all very accurate and welcomed us by making us feel at home with so many nice words, sweets and a big smile. The structure is charming, all the spaces are very well-kept and the house is very clean, modern and full of all kinds of comforts. All the homes inside are just tastefully renovated in a perfect and functional way, always considering the functionality and the light. We stayed in 7 people and never had any problems even with space or management because the common areas are large and well studied. We are all sure that if we were to return to the area we would return to Rosa. Hosting is not for everyone and those who do it from value to the vacation, the place and improve the vacation for us tourists. THANK YOU for EVERYTHING PINK and W LA CANTABRIA!

The location of the apartment is perfect, you can hear the waves in bed. The apartment was as in the photos, but there is a new, more comfortable sofa. Mar is a great host and can be reached in seconds. We would book Mars apartment again on our next Bilbao vacation.
