I would say that my experience was good but I would lie, it was excellent!!! The apartment is super modern, spacious, safe and beautiful. Below the dpto there is a market in which you find a great variety of food and serve you super well. The beach is across the street. One block away there is a very good restaurant. The location is undoubtedly the best. Spacious and super quiet beach. Claudia is incredible how kind and helpful she is. Without a doubt, this experience left the room very high. We hope to go back ❤️

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

We had a great stay in the apartment! The space is like in the photos, it has everything that is needed to meet those who stay - including small details that, for those who arrive, are extremely functional differentials: toilet paper in the bathroom, soap and dish detergent, salt and cooking oil, etc. Fernando was extremely kind, gave us tips of places to visit and proved available for any eventuality. The condominium is excellent, the pool is wonderful, the mini market 24h is extremely useful. Just cross the street and we're already at the beach. The facial recognition system works perfectly and has a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. We will certainly be back!

This apartment is a gem in Novo Campeche. The location facing the sea, with a view of the waves and the native vegetation and beach dunes are a source of daily contemplation. The decor is extremely tasteful with furniture from well-known designers, premium materials and planned lighting. The rooms (all en-suites) with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, blackout windows, are spacious and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with top brand equipment. Nothing is missing. In the bathrooms there was Granado shampoo and conditioner. The building is calm, the street is very quiet. There is also a swimming pool in front of the building that almost goes unnoticed if you don't go out on foot. Probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb in Novo Campeche.

Very comfortable apartment, with all possible utensils. Excellent kitchen! Very comfortable bed, shower, all better than I imagined. In addition, host was very kind and flexible.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

The location is amazing, literally 3 min from the beach. the checkin and checkout are flexible - which was super nice! The apartment is a little bit crowded but good, it was comfortable for our family with 3 kids. it have 3 bedrooms, Netflix and full kitchen. just a sofa was missing... the parking outside is very busy, but there is a near parking in 30 reals per day that was great for us.

Is the second time we stayed at Anisio's place. It's always a pleasure, the host is super responsive and kind, the place is cozy and clean, the external area is pleasant. 2026 we plan to stay there again! :)

The tranquility of the place allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding nature. While it may take a short drive to reach nearby beaches and local restaurants, this isolation is an advantage; it provides a real escape from daily stress. Here, you have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature, engaging in outdoor activities or simply enjoying the silence and beauty of the landscape. Vania and Mariah are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer useful tips on what to visit.

The apartment is just as advertised. The location is spectacular, it's next to everything. You can see the stream from the rooms. The apartment and the surroundings are very enjoyable. 100% recommended. We'll be back if we can!!

We stayed 6 days in Cantinho Aconchegante at Ponta das Canas and had a great experience! The great highlight is the practicality: the access to the beach is direct through the condominium, without having to cross streets or walk long distances. This made all the difference to make the most of the sea, either in the morning or to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is very complete and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything we need to prepare on-site meals, which was a big plus. From basic utensils to extra items that make everyday life easier, we can cook smoothly and avoid going out to eat all the time. The atmosphere is cozy and well organized, perfect for a comfortable stay. For those looking for a quiet place, with easy access to the beach and the practicality of having a complete structure inside the apartment, this is a great choice. We would definitely return!

Márlon was an excellent host, we had flight problems and we only arrived 00:30, even at this time Márlon welcomed us with all sympathy and cordiality. The apto is perfect, well located, next bakery, super, restaurants, of the famous bridge, playground with playground, the ape is spacious, the girls loved the bathtub ( the night was a fun part) has all the utensils ( with baby we cooked to take her food) … summarizing the experience was 10, we enjoyed a lot of Floripa, and we got the choice of the apartment in full… thanks Marlon for the stay and for its availability, for sure we will come back and stay there again.

Great sandy foot site with a door with direct access to the beach, beautiful and impeccable rooms. The hydromassage is very good and perfect after a full day of walking. I recommend for sure and sure we will be back!
