Enjoy a charming independent house of 30 m2 with 1 bedroom, a living room / fully equipped kitchen (with basic kit provided) and a terrace of 40 m2 overlooking our garden. 3 stars accomodation acording to Gironde Tourisme. Ideally located, the house is 5 mn walk from the shops and 5 mn by bike from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Domaine de Certes. In 1/2 hour by car, you can reach the ocean beaches as well as Le Cap Ferret, Arcachon or Bordeaux. All the ingredients for a pleasant stay !

Our typical chalet-style house is a must for spending a vacation on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean with no neighbors or noise. Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

Studio of 25 m2 ideal in its maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 young children. The studio is on our 800 m2 lot. It is not attached to our house. Our living spaces are the opposite of each other.
