Attention swimming pool closed from 11/13 to 12/18. "fisherman's house" in pedestrian residence, wooded park, direct access to the beach, bike paths, walks on the coastal path and beautiful beaches. The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 pers), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with table, sun loungers, pets allowed. (sheets and towels not provided)

Guesthouse, terrace & jacuzzi in the heart of the city

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Located in a leisure residential park a stone's throw from the city center. It has 2 bedrooms with balcony, living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with barbecue, communal pool, weight room. You can also enjoy a bike path , between green forests and trails along the river. Only 20 minutes from the beaches of Bassin d 'Arcachon and Lac de Sanguinet, and 30 minutes from Lac de Biscarrosse.

Live a unique sporting stay in our gym: 80m2 with cardio, strength training and tatami equipment. Our atypical home is in a semi-buried basement, with windows and outdoor access. 500 m from the city center, 35 km from Arcachon, 33 km from the beaches of Biscarrosse, 40 km from Bordeaux... the geographical location allows you a multitude of activities.
