The Schaferhund Haus is located 10 minutes north of Big Spring on acres of private West Texas land. It is a completely separate, updated, and clean house located on the same lot as the residences main house. You will get to experience a family friendly environment with some of the best sunsets Texas has to offer. The house has everything you need from kitchen essentials to wifi, and even a treehouse. The Schaferhund Haus was named after the German Shepherds that live at the main residence.

West Texas Getaway

This is a detached modern studio guest house is easily accessible to shopping, groceries, and 10 minutes from downtown Midland. This studio is equipped with a comfy King bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private yard and entrance. Please note: Requesting a late check out is an additional $50 fee. Late checkout is anything between 11am and 1:45pm. Checkout past 1:45pm you will be required to pay for a full night at the rate you booked.
