Monthly Rentals in Big Hickory Island

It's a perfectly appointed apartment with a beachhouse feel... tastefully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short-term or longer. I loved meeting the friendly neighbors and the walk to and from the nearby beach, restaurants, and shops was pleasant and felt so safe.

I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!

House was clean and newly renovated. The decor was very nice. It is a smaller house but laid out well and was everything we needed. We were mostly visiting our daughter who lives in the area but there seems to be plenty to do fairly close by and plenty of restaurants of all kinds.

Brian was helpful if there was any type of issue. Convenient location for getting to beaches, shopping and grocery stores. Other owners in the complex were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed or time there and will go back.
