Great price for a nice place. The kitchen was tiny, but all other rooms were very spacious. Inside, it was clean. Overall, we had no issues, and it was as described.

Eric's place was such a nice pad. Killer sound system throughout the upstairs and backyard. Back deck was such a nice place to hang out, even in early March as the backyard is tucked away from the elements. Hot tub was crutch to relax and the pool looked like a summer dream. Would def recommend and will be back when work brigns me around.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

Great stay! Super cute home and neighborhood, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and functional work space. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. I would definitely stay here again!

I wish we could have stayed longer. Our family was only in SLC for one night, we arrived late and left early, so we only slept there. Had we stayed longer, we definitely would have cooked in because the kitchen was AMAZING! Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

This large, clean, and comfortable home was more than we needed, so we were very comfortable. I started out wondering why we would ever need two kitchens, but we actually ended up using both. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. My adult son said his bed was the most comfortable bed he’d ever slept in. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well. We spent considerable time in the upstairs living room, it became our main meeting area. I wish the weather was a tad warmer,, we would have used the humongous patio more than we did. A couple of us braved the chilly air one evening and enjoyed the hot tub. The reason for our trip was to attend a wedding. I was asked to make a taco bar for the luncheon between the wedding and the reception. I used the kitchen to prepare food for a hundred people and took the food to the reception venue. I felt very at home preparing the large amount of food. Very happy with our Airbnb choice.

Enjoyed our time here. Dog run was a great addition! Super convenient to downtown. Decor was artsy and fun.

My second stay here. Love having a fenced yard. The location is great. Easy to reach the freeway to go north or south. Nice to have a garage to park in, especially when it’s cold. Didn’t love having the garage door to the house automatically lock at 9pm, felt like I had a cerfew haha. Lots of space if you are coming with a bigger group. I usually only have a few of us but this place is so close to my Dad it’s perfect. Always highly recommend!

We had a great stay in SLC! We cannot believe how close we were to the Delta center we even got tickets for another game the following night . We were in town for a hockey game and a basketball game the following night and it was so much fun to be a walking distance. I will not even get started on the amenities, but it was very convenient to have parking, even though we had to pay it was a huge benefit and the host makes it so easy! I think the highlight of the trip was the hot tub , you get amazing views!

Great spot to stay that was accessible to the things we wanted to do. The space itself was warm and friendly and we loved all the animals that made the place feel comfortable. Tiffany and her husband were kind and let us know several times how much they wanted us to feel like the space was free for us to enjoy. The whole place had great energy.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed the games, well-equipped kitchen, and the master shower. Spencer was always responsive to our needs. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highway access.

This was a perfect location for a ski trip for 4 men. Location is fantastic close to ski areas and to town. Plenty of room and a super comfortable family for relaxing at the end of the day!

We stayed here while getting ready for a wedding. The kitchen was big and great for all the food prep we had to do. the pantry was large and has lots of storage room. Garage was useful for storing all the flowers we prepared. Kids really enjoyed the arcade selections Owner was very quick to respond Master Bedroom has a walk in closet that worked great for setting up a pack-n-play crib One thing that wasn't clear from the description; the bedroom with the triple bunk bed is not a proper bedroom with a door. It's more like an office, off to the side. it worked fine for us, but just be aware in case you want to put small children in there, you can't close a door for privacy.

Cozy apartment in a building with tons of amenities surrounded by stellar walkable restaurants in the heart of downtown slc with a super responsive and accomodating host. Couldn't ask for more :)

Great place, very well spaced and very well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay a lot there! Seems that it’s a pretty strict HOA with an early quiet time hour and very limited parking.

Wonderful location and accommodations. Ski in and ski out surrounding by amenities. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

the back yard was great for my grandbabies. They loved the trampoline and chickens. The adults enjoyed the hottub. we would have liked to have used the BBQ but we were very busy with family for the wedding events. Thanks a bunch for sharing your beautiful home!

Overall, our stay was good. The space was clean and matched the pictures. It did get a bit cold at night since it’s a basement unit, but the host provided two heaters and extra blankets, which helped—and they did let us know about this ahead of time. One thing that felt a little off: the host asked when we’d be arriving, and I let them know it would be later in the evening. They said it was fine since we’d be letting ourselves in. However, during our stay, most of the messages from them included comments about our “late arrival,” which came across as a bit unnecessary and off-putting. That aside, everything else was smooth. If you plan to arrive earlier in the day, I’d definitely recommend this place!

This loft was comfy and cozy with a nice large tv. It was the perfect place to stay that wasn’t far from park city and the airport. We loved this spot and felt like we had privacy as well. Thank you for having us!!

Exactly as described! Just the right size and comfort for our quick getaway. We were able to walk a block to Main Street to shop and dine. Parking was easy and we loved the jacuzzi. Thankful for the added amenities (bathrobes, extra linens and pillows, coffee pods and creamer, cleaning and laundry supplies, books and games)! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed here for a 10-day ski trip, enjoyed the place. It's really close (<25min drive) to Snowbird/Alta, and Rhonda is very friendly and provided many help. Thank you!

WOW!! Where to begin…my husband and I (and our dog, Bentley!) had the best experience staying here! Truly just like the photos. Rami is such a gem and we have nothing but positive things to say about him and the home. The space was quiet, cozy, spacious, and clean!! Worth every penny. We would stay here again and again. Only thing that’s personal preference is the bed is soft, but we could totally see past it with how incredible everything else was! If you are on the fence, click reserve!!! You won’t regret it.
