Monthly Rentals in Big Bay De Noc

It was a great stay with Sommer and Russell at Beck Plaza this winter. The hosts were very accommodating, the space had everything I needed to settle in for several weeks, and the location was super convenient right on Ludington in Escanaba, just a short walk away from restaurants. I would recommend these hosts to anyone else looking to check out the Escanaba area.

I was solo on my trip to Gladstone, as I was in town to help my Mom with new living arrangements. It was a last second decision to not stay with family in Escanaba because I wanted to be within walking distance of my Mom. Given the circumstances, I was very glad with my decision as Whitney's place offered plenty of sunshine and thoughtful touches in the apartment. Plus, several dining options with 2 blocks plus a new brewery less than a block away. The place was as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with what I needed. I slept comfortably and the downstairs coffeeshop was bonus. Sure, I could hear the locals and smell the coffee when Superbloom at 7a opened, but I welcomed it. Still have private separate entrance which is a plus. And the building is a cool in itself if you're into old architecture as I am. Bonus was a lovely, easy going conversation with Whitney over a delicious cup of fresh coffee. I am likely to be back!

We had a really nice time at this place. We had some trouble getting the shower to work (there was no plumbing issue — it just turned out that hot is cold and cold is hot), and Nicole responded right away to make sure we were all set. Stars were delightful at night! Overall, it was a great stay and exactly what we’d hoped. On an unrelated note: while you’re here, I highly recommend a visit to The Port Bar & Family Restaurant — a lovely local spot!
