Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn (subway) and S-Bahn (suburban train) (5) in 15 minutes. At Christmas time, it is especially nicely decorated with us and the mulled wine pot is ready. Berlin has many very nice Christmas markets and in the nearby zoo there is a magical light show.

Welcome to Berlin! Our beautiful 30-year-old house is located in the historic, green district of Berlin-Karlshorst. You will stay quietly on a spacious 75 sqm on the 1st floor. The living area was completely renovated in 2020. Karlshorst has a good infrastructure and is very well connected to public transportation.
