Lovely, large apartment with an amazing view! Our plan was to explore Berlin, which worked very well for us from Woltersdorf with the public. There is good transport connection to Berlin from Erkner by train. We did not try the bus line Near the apartment, are by car to Erkner and used the free P&R parking directly at the train station. 👍 The Martin family is very personable and pleasant. All in all a trip that we had a lot of fun!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with comfortable and stylish furniture. The location was excellent, providing easy access to the city center. The added bonus of free parking made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing missing in the tiny house, everything became very smart and space-saving (and totally tasteful and inviting) solved. We were two adults and three children, and felt very comfortable. Thanks to the detailed information in advance, practically no questions came up, we were perfectly prepared. The area is very quiet and you have a beautiful environment right outside the door. The children's toys and the small playground in the garden have made it even more relaxing for us. Thank you for everything, I'm sure we'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthias’ Airbnb! Being in such a big city, this peaceful apartment lent some respite from busy days of touring and site seeing. Matthias was very communicative and responsive. He left some yogurts, fruit, granola, and plenty of coffee to enjoy for breakfast. He also left us some Easter treats since we were visiting over Easter! Such a sweet and welcoming gesture. Matthias had a binder with recommendations as well instructions on how to use the utilities in the house. The decor is unique and homey with an extensive record collection and many gorgeous house plants. I felt right at home and would love to stay here again when I come back to Berlin someday :)

Sem is a great host. She adapted to the complications of our separate arrivals and explained everything about her lovely apartment. It is spacious with high ceilings and lovely old-school woodwork and moldings. Charmingly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the location is great--close to KaDeWe and public transportation. We felt very comfortable with Evi and her family. The first contact was very friendly and accommodating. The peaceful surroundings and direct forest edge location was just perfect for us with our dog. The connection with the S 1 towards Berlin City is also completely uncomplicated and thus nothing stands in the way of a quick arrival for a sightseeing trip to Berlin City. We highly recommend the apartment.

Everything was perfect with Yair place. We were a group of 5 adults with 3 children and the place was excellent for us. The location also is great, out of the noisy area but still very close to Berlin centre. With a short walk you can reach metro station/train station/tram station. Everything looks like the picture. Would definitely recommend

We stayed at Linda's great apartment with our kids for an extended weekend. It was top modern and very clean. At night you could sleep very well because it was absolutely quiet (despite the airport and many neighbors). The apartment was located just outside the center of Berlin and you can be in the city in about 30 minutes by SBahn or RB. The path to the SBahn station was about 10 minutes' walk and easily accessible. There is also a corner shopping facility (Norma, China snack, fitness studio...) and a big highlight for our children, the small playgrounds right outside the front door 👍 The blocks are brand new and very modern and you can easily get to the apartment or to the parking space in the underground garage by elevator to the 6th floor. Communication with Linda was also impeccable. Thank you 😊

We had a nice time at Christian's place. The apartment has everything you need, is close to the beautiful lake and surrounded by forest. Fantastic and idyllic. Highlighted is the great terrace with BBQ and the spacious outdoor area. Perfect for kids! Christian is a great host and also the neighbor upstairs is extremely nice. We were amazed by the strong room scent, but after we banished the room scent dispenser in the closet, it was okay with us after ventilating. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Bernd 's apartment is in a very nice old renovated villa, very nice, convenient and tastefully decorated...as in the photos. Since the apartment is just in the attic, there are some stairs to cope with. Also to the sleeping places on the Hochemporen are better for sporty people to reach via the ladders....that was a little surprise. But everything is super nice. My birthday guests slept wonderfully and were very satisfied.

Beautiful and spacious location. There were two of us, but you can feel free to stay there with 4 people. Also child-friendly with gate closed. Very clean and tidy upon entering. Nothing is missing and we'd love to come back sometime. We were well received and everything was neatly explained. Parking right outside the door. The path is unpaved.

The studio: An intermediate between the apartment and the workspace. Anne and her family are totally nice; since I had rented the modernly furnished studio located in the countryside on the Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee and eastern surroundings) over Christmas and New Year's Eve (to work there online), they immediately invited me to the Christmas celebrations and also to New Year's Eve. I could have used the kayaks as well (but was too cold). In summer, if you can sit outside on the 2 terraces and in the garden, it has to be even more beautiful. For the door-to-door connection from the studio to the S-Bahn stop "Warschauer Straße" I needed exactly 50 minutes including a 700 m walk, bus and S-Bahn. That's how long you'll be on the road within Berlin. A car is still an advantage. Recommended!

It was very nice to stay with Peter! We felt very comfortable and our children had a lot of fun in the large garden and pool. Very close is a very nice lake with kiosk, we spent great days there! The area is extremely quiet and the neighbors were a little sensitive when the kids were a little louder. But on the whole, everything worked out wonderfully! We'll be happy to come back anytime
