Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man schnell. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 600 m entfernt,weitere in etwa 1 km.Biomarkt 2 km/1 U Bahn-Station.

Willkommen in Berlin Mahlsdorf! Hier wartet eine schlichte Einzimmerwohnung mit Bad auf Dich. Der Ort ist eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem gut angebunden: 5 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn nach Köpenick 7 Gehminuten bis zur S-Bahnstation Mahlsdorf 35 Minuten mit der Linie S5 bis zum Alexanderplatz Direkt an der Bundesstraße 1. Trotz allem ist es ruhig hier. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist vom Haus getrennt und mit einem eigenem Schlüssel ausgestattet. Kommt vorbei!

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Phuong and Andreas were very nice and flexible, they reply to any request very fast. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. The house is very quiet and peaceful, there are all the amenities required for a great stay. It is near by the train station Friedrichsfelde Ost which is very convenient to travel to Berlin Center. Also it is a couple of train stations away from Ostkreuz restaurant area. Really recommend this place!
