Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Stone House with Exclusive Pool Codilungo in Chianti

Enjoy yourself by swimming in the large infinity pool (18m X 9m, open from May 1st to October 15th for guests of Stone house use only) or relax in an armchair under the loggia, tasting a glass of Chianti wine in front of the rolling hills of vineyards, olive groves, woods and medieval villages.

La casa è immersa tra i vigneti e uliveti del Chianti Classico In un piccolo borgo di campagna. Dista 4 km da San Casciano Val di Pesa, 20 km da Firenze, 22 km da San Gimignano e 40km da Siena. Uscita autostrada A1 Impruneta 8km, SGC Fi-Siena 3km. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto di cui una in dependance con bagno e accesso indipendente.

Il nostro alloggio è un edificio storico che risale alla costruzione del castello. È stato recentemente restaurato e arredato con cura in tutti i dettagli. È molto accogliente e dispone di tutti i più moderni servizi. I turisti che decideranno di essere nostri ospiti, avranno il vantaggio di vivere nell' ambiente medievale del castello, usufruendo di tutti i confort. Si sentiranno coccolati e avranno l'opportunità di tornare indientro vivendo un' esperienza unica e indimenticabile.

Peaceful modern eco house in the Tuscan hills

A thoughtfully designed low impact house in a rural setting, away from the crowds between Florence and Siena. This is an annex building on a family run olive farm surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. Plenty of shaded outdoor space, barbecue, stunning views, fantastic sunsets and big night skies. We are an official agriturismo, there are two other independent apartments on the olive farm that share the pool and private parking.

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Cottage Toscano con piscina Pet Friendly

Tipico casolare toscano, nato come rifugio per i pellegrini della Via Francigena nel lontano 1032 DC. Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !

Chianti Fienile indipendente

L'agriturismo è stato ricavato da un caratteristico fienile in pietra di 70 mq. completamente ristrutturato e arredato con mobili antichi. Vista panoramica sulle colline chiantigiane con tramonti mozzafiato. Dal 1° marzo al 31 dicembre gli ospiti dovranno pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini fino ai 14 anni non pagano.
