The cottage is idyllically located on a small vineyard. nice weather has my great view of the valley. There are some shopping and a small bakery nearby. From Marbach, you can also find many excursion destinations reach out.

We had a good stay and can recommend it. The house is very well equipped. Please offer larger towels in the future, otherwise this is a mild agony for adult men.

The property and the surroundings were just beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and were able to relax wonderfully. It was definitely a place where we all felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Renate was very warm and brought a delicious self-baked apple strudel and chicken to welcome you. She also wrote a hearty birthday card and made a little surprise. Margret is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We were four (2 adults and 2 children). The house offers enough space on two floors and is well equipped. We felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time.

We spent a weekend in Hittisau with the family. The place was great for this. We especially liked the open kitchen with the dining room. Thanks for the wonderful time there.

The house was clean and superbly equipped. Communication went smoothly, even a short-term change in arrival time was no problem. We would be very happy with the place.

Britta's apartment is very tastefully and cozily furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. The kitchen is well equipped, in the living room there are candles and board games for cozy evenings. In addition, the location is great - right on the Hirschbach and in a few minutes in the mountains, yet the bus stop and supermarket are within walking distance. Even without a car, you can have a wonderful vacation here. We'll be back!

The cottage met our expectations. It has a new, spacious and well equipped kitchen. The facilities in the rooms are a little older, but we felt comfortable in the beds. A modern TV with instructions for use was also available, it could be selected from numerous channels (Yallo TV). The heating was a little unusual for us, but due to the settings of the air flaps, it can be adapted to personal needs. It doesn't matter to spend another vacation in this accommodation.

There were two of us in the beautiful part of Wendy and Sven's house. Wendy welcomed us and showed us the charming apartment in her Appenzell house. In the spacious kitchen we were able to cater perfectly, the fridge is large and there is plenty of dishes available. Great that there is also a dishwasher! Tabs, detergent, sponge, enough kitchen towels, everything available. Also plenty of towels and toilet paper. We didn't miss anything. We took beautiful hikes and had good food in neighboring Heiden. We also visited the Henry Dunant Museum in Heiden - very interesting! In the cozy living room, we were able to relax well and review our experiences. The ceilings and door frames are low because it is an old, very pretty, renovated Appenzell house, you have to be a little careful. We're looking forward to our next visit with Wendy and Sven!

The property was as described and very clean. There was everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

We were seven friends and were received in a very friendly manner. Every extra request was fulfilled in a very friendly way. The very tasteful and artistically renovated old farmhouse must be immediately taken to heart. Every detail is incredibly beautifully designed. The garden, where you can sit outside in front of and behind the house and from where you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance, is a dream. And there are many different coffee machines and a dishwasher.

Great big house with charm. Everything you need was available. The beds were very comfortable. We slept really well. The only thing missing for the summer is a freezer compartment for ice or ice packs. We recommend the place and would come back. Claudia from NRW

We were warmly received and it was a pleasant stay. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. Our dog was also with us and was occasionally in the garden. Fortunately, it was also good weather, a lot of snow and a 30-minute drive is the ski slope for families Bodele-Schwarzenberg. Was really wonderful weather and if you are a starting skier, this slopes are more than enough. The house is perfect for families and has everything you'll need. The beds are good and otherwise it is neat. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality.

An enchanting place to stay. We enjoyed a lot with the views and the peace and quiet. The cottage was very comfortably furnished and had all the compfor. We want to visit again. Highly recommended if you like to spend time in nature.

We spent New Year's Eve here. Annina and Tim welcomed us nicely, with cervela and salad, which they prepared especially for us. The highlight was the hot tub - just great to warm up there in the evening surrounded by winter scenery!

We immediately felt at home in the historic farmhouse. It has a great flair, lots of wood and above all lots of space. If I were looking for a place for a Christmas with three or four other families - I would book this house right away. Each unit has a bathroom and kitchen, there is a lot to discover and for the children it is a huge indoor playground. The hostess was very caring and regularly let us share her culinary achievements and carved a pumpkin with our children for Halloween. The house is completely centrally located in the Allgäu, so everything in the Allgäu can be reached within one driving hour. We became fans within a week - of Allgäu and this great house. All the best!

Our stay was perfect in all parts. The cottage is centrally located and yet very quiet. The setup is in all parts of the description. We highly recommend holidays in Appenzell.

Our stay at the place was very pleasant. We liked the fireplace the most, which we also lit. Then it got really nice and warm and cozy. Our dog also felt really comfortable and had a nice big garden to romp around. What we also found heartwarming was that the hostess had put down a towel for us to clean the paws of our dog (we unfortunately had not thought of that). Nearby is also a Spar so that nothing stood in the way of physical well-being. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. We would book the place again anytime. The communication between the hostess and us also went well. Everything totally straightforward and friendly. If you want to recover from the stress of everyday life, this is the place to be. For us, it was great and we were able to see the family (who lives there) again for a while :-)

Very nice place. It was super clean and tidy. The host had even put up a (real!) christmas tree for us and decorated the common area. We felt right at home. Very easy communication with the host. The only downside is that there is no proper shower just a bathtub with a showerhead. Not perfect but it workes. We would absolutely recommend this place!
