Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

Davennablick, exclusive 80 m² apartment, large garden

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

In Raggal, the holiday home Knusperhäuschen Höfen-Hüsle offers a wonderful panoramic view over the valley, with its picturesque villages, to the Swiss mountains. The holiday home is a listed building, as it is already 350 years old. In 2009 it was partially renovated. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort.
