Everything was fine. Unfortunately, the heating didn't work. But we also did not ask to fix this.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff is warm, professional and always available. The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and great for relaxing. Special mention for breakfast, varied and delicious. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. The house is very clean and nice as everything is mentioned. The items are quite sufficient. The location is 2-3 minutes from the metrobus and it is really practical to have an easy check-in. You can reach Lora at any time and help quickly ☺️

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. We stayed in Istanbul for 3 nights and it was perfect, the value for money is great. The place was very clean, modern and offered all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the roof terrace. The accommodation is close to many attractions within walking distance as well as metro / bus stations and ferries. Ali was a very friendly and helpful host, he always responded very quickly to questions and helped us with the transfer from the airport and back. We highly recommend a visit to his place and will be back soon! :)

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

If you stay near Sultan Ahmet, you should come this area. If you stay here, you don’t need to go Sultan Ahmet. Based on my experience

Mr. Resul is very agreeable and his apartment is very clean.

Strategic location to TUYAP exhibition hall. 10-15mins walking distance. One downside is the exit to TUYAP bridge only open after mall open which is after 10am. But overall not an issue for us if we choose to take a taxi towards TUYAP only cost us around 120-150 Turkish Lira. Overall, strategic location. Super kind and responsive host, clean stay

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule much more convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and kid-friendly, with a baby cot provided, which was a huge plus for our family. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the heaters worked very well throughout the apartment, keeping us warm during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances, pots, and pans we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated being able to heat up food and do laundry during our trip. The location is also excellent—just a short walk to the Yusufpaşa tram station, and there are plenty of convenient shops and stores nearby. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to move around, especially with kids and luggage.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!

This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment
