Our farm is located right on the edge of the forest, near the spa town of Bad Pyrmont with a view of an unspoiled natural landscape. The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. You will enjoy remembering your time in our LilaLauneLodge: The apartment has a bedroom (bed 1.80×2 m), a living room with kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m wide), a private bathroom and a separate access via the private terrace. Wi-Fi is available for our guests. The bathroom has a shower and a towel heater. Towels and a hair dryer are of course provided. The room is about 2 km and 40 meters above sea level from the Weser bike path and downtown.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
