Monthly Rentals in Beverly

this apartment exceeded our expectations for a wonderful overnight stay. We cooked our dinner in the room. The kitchen was fantastic. We relaxed in the living room and enjoyed a movie And the bed and bathroom were very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and seemed brand new. We loved it and would return there again!

Alexis was a great host! She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. She answered in 30 minutes or less. The house itself was so beautiful! The space was clean, free of clutter, and modern. It's a great place to stay for our quick concert at the gorge!

Very comfortable and relaxing!

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing.
