Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Beverly Hills

I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

Sherman was a very responsive & friendly host, my partner & I had a wonderful stay at Sherman's lovely Carson Gem! The Airbnb had everything we needed: AC, washer + dryer, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom/shower. The bed mattress was quite soft that one would easily sink into. The place was kept quite clean & tidy, check-in/check-out was easy, and things were conveniently accessible. At one point, the lock batteries needed to be replaced. I had messaged Sherman about it and he immediately came to the rescue to insert new ones. It was certainly a pleasure to stay at Sherman's unit, we would definitely come back if available :)

Raheem’s place is easily connected with groceries, food and the freeways to get around. Good spacious place with everything you need. Quiet building without much noise around.

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Allison and Matt’s home is by far the best Airbnb I’ve experienced. It was pristine, fully stocked and really beautiful. The art, attention to every little detail and comfort was next-level. This is a home for people that have a love for the arts, antiques and history. Not only is the home beautiful, it’s in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Beautiful home! I can’t say enough great things, the house was super clean with a great location. We felt safe here. George was also very responsive, friendly, and overall a wonderful host. We all felt right at home. Zero complaints, we will definitely be booking with George next time we are in town.

We loved our stay and hope to be back in summer. Melissa was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is spotless and decorated to perfection. We loved everything about it. Pool and jacuzzi were great for our 4 kids. Thank you!

This place was great for our family vacation, the kids loved the heated pool and all the games. We had a minor issue with the front door lock, but the hosts fixed it in minutes. Their quick response and effort to make us comfortable made everything perfect. Thanks for having us and we hope to stay again the next time.

We had a great stay at Valentin’s airbnb. The place looked just as the photos with plenty of supplies and supplies provided. We had brought our daughter and she loved playing with the toys provided for children. There was even a stroller if you needed it, but we had brought ours. It was a pleasant surprise. The AC/heater worked well and we felt peace of mind knowing the house was gated. We would stay here again!

Anna is a great host – we really appreciated the flexibility with our check-in time, her thoughtful local recommendations, and the delicious freshly baked Italian bread she brought us. The place is roomy, nicely decorated, and very well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. It’s located close to the airport in a calm, residential neighborhood. A perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay while visiting LA – we’d gladly come back!

Second time I stay with Lisa and Joe, this time I got to meet them. They are a very nice and friendly couple, made me feel at home. I’ve asked them to check in a bit earlier as I had all my luggage and didn’t want to leave in the car, they were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Lisa and Joe. Definitely recommend their place. Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)

Tina’s place is amazing and super clean!! She was super quick to respond and made our stay awesome! Soo much in walking distance! I would very much recommend to stay here at Tinas!!
