Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

Niloo's place was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UCLA. It is a spacious and well-appointed house for an extended family and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. It was perfect for hosting a few friends. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and appreciated how well-stocked both kitchens were with serving plates, utensils, and even a few staples and food items. It's a great spot for gathering. The house was clean and located in a great, walkable neighborhood right off of Melrose Ave.

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

I have been traveling to LA since a decade but never experienced this view. Living in the Hills in Lily’s home was great. Extremely peaceful and serene. You can work, relax, meditate, do everything in this beautiful home overlooking the city. It’s like the city talks to you at sundown/night. Stayed here with my family and had a great time.

We appreciated the location. We could walk to some nearby restaurants and easily took Lyfts to the activities and sights we had planned. The unit was spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and experiencing the perfect LA weather. Brent was responsive to any questions we had, responding quickly.

I stayed at Robin & Cindy’s place for my birthday week and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was super smooth and easy. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to book with Robin & Cindy again in the future.

We had an amazing stay here during our trip to Los Angeles! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see but still quiet and peaceful at night. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. The guest house is beautifully decorated, private, and peaceful. Gillan allowed us our privacy but was very helpful when we had questions or requests. The dogs were adorable and a big bonus!

The house was even more beautiful than in the photos. Kitchen and three bathrooms were all clean. Communication with the host was quick and flexible. Vala kindly allowed us to check in early and kept our luggage for a few extra hours after check-out, which was very helpful. In total, the price was reasonable for the space and location.

This was my second time staying at Frank’s. I needed to be close to Cedar Sinai and his place was perfect. It’s comfortable, very clean, quiet and the gym is great. Frank is exceptional, he is the most thoughtful and kind host I’ve ever stayed with. I made a minor suggestion after my first stay and by the time I stayed again, it had been addressed. You can tell that Frank takes pride in hosting and making sure his guests have an amazing stay. Incredible place to stay if you need to be in LA (especially if you need to be close to CS).

Great stay here. As others have noted, you can’t beat the location. The street is peaceful and so walkable to pretty much everything. Also extremely quiet. Our host was quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze. Appreciated parking inside the gate. Surfaces were all clean and beds comfortable. With a deep cleaning and some attention to minor maintenance issues this place would be ideal. Would definitely book again!

Overall a great place very much as described. We loved staying there. We were a bit surprised by the mixed housing complex to each side (not as we assumed for West Hollywood). Nonetheless, a very nice place and conscientious hosts. We would choose it again.
