Beachfront vacation rentals in Bethany Beach

Sea Colony in Bethany is great location convenient to everything beaches have to offer. Appreciated the wheelchair handicap accessible bathroom. Reserved parking right outside main door and easy access to elevator which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely stocked. PLEASE NOTE: You do have to pay for each person over 4 yrs of age for Sea Colony badge / parking. You do have to bring your own linens. Host was very responsive to all communication.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the space.

Diana’s place was wonderful for my wife and young son. The beach could not have been any closer and despite the bustling nightlife, it was quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Joe and Kristi were so nice, the condo was beautiful! The view of the beach was amazing, you can see the beach from the deck and even from inside through the glass, if you’re having a couple hours of relaxing time between activities, the view and sound of the beach makes it still fun to be inside on vacation. Great space to sleep. It was an amazing place to stay for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay with Oceans Edge Vacations at Marigot Beach Suites! The unit was very clean and in a great location with access to the beach in under 1 minute. The Host and Oceans Edge Vacations team was excellent! Upon check in Airbnb had an old # listed first on my account instead on my current #. My check in instructions was sent by Airbnb to the old # instead of my current #. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff was patient and attentive with me in solving the issue. Oceans Edge Vacations team sent me my check in instructions to my current # fast and explained how the issue can be fixed with Airbnb. Since my check in instructions was sent to a # that wasn't mine currently I requested a new access code be sent. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff changed my access code and sent it immediately. I was then free to enjoy my visit knowing no one but me had access to my unit. I can't say enough about the unit, Oceans Edge Vacations and it's Staff. I strongly recommend Oceans Edge Vacations.

We had such a perfect stay at Joanna’s beach Airbnb! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps away and never crowded. Joanna was amazing to communicate with—super fast at responding and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She also left clear and easy-to-follow instructions for everything, which made the whole trip stress-free. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

We loved staying here with our 1yo & 3yo boys! It was exactly like the pictures show. VERY clean, looks recently updated. Comfy balcony, beds and furniture. Great shower. Washer and dryer were convenient. Close to anything and everything. We had groceries delivered, but there are a few essentials that were there to get a head start. The hosts were super communicative & helpful with answering questions. Great view of the ocean. What the walls are made of makes it very quiet in this condo. The building itself is huge and a little outdated, but this space tops it 10 fold! WILL be booming again!

The condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. I loved the ocean view that you could see from the balcony as well as inside from the couch or bed. Excellent communication with the property manager.

My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Great place to stay in Broadkill beach especially with three kids. The beach is real nice and quiet and less than 1 min walk. Also, Linda provides all the beaches immunities. The rooms were spacious and we all felt like at home. I would recommend booking this location.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

This ocean front condo was a dream to stay in. We booked this place in celebration for my girlfriend’s graduation for college to have a mini getaway before she starts her internship. It was extremely well maintained, cleanly, and the host was very welcoming leaving us with some welcome goodies. We would love to book again in the future when we stay in OCMD.

this is the … you know, i don’t even know what time at this point as my friends and i have made it a tradition to stay here twice per year for the last 3? 4? 5 years? john’s place never ceases to amaze me especially this time w/ multiple renovations including a master bedroom downstairs! can’t say enough good things, look forward to booking in the fall, thank you so much john!

Jason’s place was perfect for a four-day anniversary getaway with our dog! We loved the view of the water, the quiet setting and the light-filled condo. The kitchen is very well-equipped and was a joy cook in. The smart washer-dryer made it easy for us to wash beach clothes! Jason had some extra finishing touches that we appreciated. Perfect choice for us!

Thanks to Nicole and Dan! It was a quiet and private unit, a little sandy beach on the bay (great for those with a toddler in tow), and easy walking to the ocean. Included parking was a big plus, we drove to downtown Rehoboth for dinner. Included Jane pack and play was great for our little one (one less thing to pack!), and they even had some toddler dinnerware, cups, etc. They thought of everything and more. Super responsive hosts, super clean place, and wonderful screened in porch for watching the sunset. Would definitely return!

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

We had such a great time! We have been frequents Airbnb users and this has to be one if the best units we have been to. Susan has thought of everything and the unit was in great shape and just so comfortable! We highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful get away!

Close to the Beach! Wonderful home, nice layout and plenty of natural light. Spotless interior. Great peaceful decor! Enjoy a few board games provided.

We planned a girl’s weekend trip for Mother’s Day. It was amazing! Luckily for us; it was not quite “beach season” but things were open and we were lucky to experience the different beaches with little traffic and ZERO parking fees. The house was beautiful. Wherever you choose to sit and sip your beverage of choice, you’ll have a beautiful view. The house is spacious and came equipped with some baby essentials that helped lighten our load with packing. Ashlee was very responsive! We really loved this place & hope to return again.

We had a great stay! Fit our group of 5 adults perfectly and was so close to the beach (1 min walk) and other restaurants and such in Dewey. Quick 5 min drive or lovely walk/bikeride to way more in Rehoboth. Beds were comfy and the the kitchen was lovely and well stocked, plus big table for meals and puzzles and board games. Kim was responsive and proactive, and even dropped off a brand new coffee maker same-day when the current one was malfunctioning. It was AWESOME to have all the beach amenities included - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even wagons to carry it all down to the beach in, plus 2 bikes. Only downfall is that there were not any beach towels that we found, but honestly with the chairs included it was much less necessary. As a few other reviewers mentioned, it is right in the mix of things so there was some noise from the street at night, but as city dwellers, that didn't bother any of us at all.

We got a last minute chance to get away and saw Eileen's property online. She was very flexible with our our booking and with checkout. The house is exactly as pictured. It is in a relaxing and peaceful setting on the Bay. The property has every amenity you need. Eileen's touches helped to make us feel very welcomed. All the furniture and beds were comfortable. The screened in porch is a highlight along with being able to see sunrises from the bedroom each day. It is a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. We had a beautiful time and will be back!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was as pictured. I was happy to find that the pictures were not out dated and accurately described the place. Clean, well kept, quiet, and a beautiful view. Betty was very responsive to messages and even answered the phone when we were having a little trouble locating the place. The only negative thing is, a neighbor smokes heavy and when sitting on the balcony we were overcome by the smell of cigarette smoke. It’s also pretty strong when getting on and off the elevator. Nothing against Betty or her place. Just be prepared to cut your balcony sitting short if they are on theirs. I will definitely be adding this place to my list of places to stay!!
