We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Secluded beach beauty with private, heated pool

The LV home by architect Rocio Romero is a modern classic, we love it… The heated, salt water pool is open mid-May to mid-October. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat indoors or on the large deck out back, play in the pool or fenced yard, lie in the hammocks, play games, do puzzles... We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

In town Rehoboth, with Rise Up and the boardwalk just a quick walk away, you'll love this home with a POOL AND HOT TUB (April-Oct). There's a ton of natural light, plus comfy queen and king beds, nice new linens, and more. Please note there is a security camera on the pool and in the pool equipment area for your safety. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for first pet, $25 per additional (additional pet fee after the first will be billed after your reservation is complete). Maximum 3 dogs.
