Greg's place was clean and matched the description. perfect for our weekend needs. we even forgot something and we're able to get it back thanks to Greg's responsive and willingness to help

Felt right at home from the minute we walked in and so did our pup! It’s very dog-friendly, they even have dog bowls out if you need them. There was a big thunderstorm at night and the house felt sturdy and peaceful. Also very comfortable pillows and bedding. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket if it’s colder out because the quilts are light summer-weight. Beautiful and private backyard, very nice and welcoming place.

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

David’s house was well appointed and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The front and rear screened porches made for a very inviting atmosphere, and the bed linens were super comfortable. A great kitchen and dining space helped round out what was a terrific home overall. Thank you.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The home is as beautiful as you see in the pictures but was not a parent in Airbnb app is that so close to everything I really appreciate the communication that Cody had with us. He made sure that we were able to access the house and get in comfortably. I love this place and the amenities and how I was treated by the owners so much that I would like to continue to rent the home as it become available if it was even possible to do a long-term rental with the owners, I would do that as well.

I stayed at Cindy’s home because my kids had a soccer tournament at DE Turf. The home was perfect and met (exceeded) all of our needs for the weekend. The home is only 9 minutes from the complex and could not have been a more perfect location for us! Cindy was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

John's house was a perfect fit for our family of four (Mom, Dad, 2 Teen Sons). The beds were by far the most comfortable we've ever experienced at a rental. The house was impeccably clean. It passed the test of walking around in your socks with no debris or dust! The socks stayed totally clean. We were able to walk to restaurants easily. We especially enjoyed Zava Cafe and the new coffee shop on Magnolia Street. The house was very spacious as well. John was available to answer questions in real time, which was tremendously helpful to us.

Returning to the Jungalow for a second stay within a few short months was deeply meaningful for us. Courtney’s warmth and attentiveness created an environment that felt both comforting and nurturing during a very personal visit. We came to celebrate the memory of our late dog, who had relished the backyard here on our last visit; bringing her ashes to the nearby beach felt like the most fitting farewell. Courtney’s kindness and the cozy, dog-friendly ambiance made this home an ideal setting for reflection and solace. The Jungalow itself is beautifully curated, offering a blend of comfort and aesthetic charm that feels both welcoming and inspiring. Every element of the space reflects Courtney’s dedication to detail and hospitality, making it a space that is as inviting for guests as it is friendly for pets. This home is truly a sanctuary, and we are immensely grateful to have returned. We cannot wait to visit again and experience this perfect, tranquil retreat once more.

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

As we opened the door, there was that great, welcoming smell. The place was very clean, beds well made, ready for us. Our host even had snacks for us which were welcoming since we had a 3-hr trip to get there. We definitely recommend this place to a big family!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

We stayed at Trina’s place on a resent golf trip. She was great, and her place is exactly as described. She reached out days before we arrived with clear directions for check in, which was a breeze. Trina responded very quickly to my question and I would highly recommend stay with her if you are traveling to the area.

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

We love this gorgeous home so much, we just keep coming back! It's our third stay at this property because it's the best! Our family of four relaxed comfortably in this beautifully decorated, super-clean three-bedroom , two bath house that's so close to the action, you won't miss a thing, but is tucked away just enough that you can enjoy the peacefulness of a quiet neighborhood for walks and sitting/dining outside. Let's not forget our fabulous host, Beth, who was available for any questions we had and made check-in/check-out a breeze!What a wonderful spring break! If you're reading this and aren't sure what to do, book THIS house! ;)

My parents, myself, and my 2 youngest kids (9, 11) thoroughly loved the house. We felt right at home. You can tell the owners actually use the house as it has everything that you may need. No need to bring towels, sheets, blankets, or towels. They have it. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Games! Wine opener. Awesome refrigerator. Huge washer and dryer. Back porch is screened in. The 2 zones for HVAC were much appreciated as my parents are older and get cold. They were able to have the downstairs area a little warmer while we had the upstairs comfortable for us. My mom uses a cane. We really appreciated the ease of one floor living for her once we were in the house. Easy instructions to follow. A binder full of helpful local tips and info. We didn’t have any issues but based on my prior experiences with them, I know the owners would have responded. It was so nice to not deal with a property mgt comp. Neighborhood was nice. Everyone waves. Felt safe. Close to all. We hope to return!

Nick's place in Rehobeth is ideally located to walk to the beach or into town to take advantage of all the great restaurants, bars and shops that Rehobeth offers. We were a group of 6 couples - and it is rare to find a 6+ bedroom house with all bedrooms suited for adults. This worked perfectly. The common space of the kitchen and living room was comfortable and plenty of room for us to all be together. We enjoyed the hot tub during the late winter weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Rhonda’s house. She’s an excellent communicator and instructions were very clear. We had a small issue and she responded right away she walked us through how to correct it. As for house it was very clean and updated. Plenty of space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable (attested to by my 9 year old son). The location was great as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops and stores.About a 20 -25 minute to the boardwalk. We did drive to the beach and my husband rode his bike but you could walk the 20-25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

We absolutely love staying at Bernard’s, we have continued to come every year since 2020 because Bernard and Alison are fantastic hosts, the location is perfect and the home is so comfortable for my family. We love to walk to the adorable downtown section of Milton and, of course, Dogfishead Brewery is 2 blocks away - it’s so perfect. It’s an easy drive to downtown Rehoboth, Lewes and we like going through the back roads to Bethany. The location is spot on. The home itself is always pristinely clean and has plenty of space for my family of 5 - me, husband, 2 young kids my father. The backyard is amazing with a lot of space, corn hole and a fire pit. I recommend this so highly - my kids are always asking, when are we going back to Bernard’s? It’s become such an important part of our family travel!

Great place and super friendly host. They even had stuff ready for us to make a bonfire with s'mores. All around great.
