Newbold Square is tucked away in Rehoboth Beach on Silver Lake. It is a quiet, sleepy, 40 unit complex with a lakeside pool that offers sun and shade among towering trees. This condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. We supply linens, bath towels, four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a gas grill. No pets are permitted. Our space is allergen free.

Warm, Cozy, Beach Cottage on the Bay

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful beach cottage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids bedroom has a twin bunk bed. The walk through bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin bed as well as 2 queen size sofa beds. NOTE: THIS IS A BAY BEACH AND IS NOT A SWIMMING BEACH. The beach is great for taking long walks and sunning but not suitable for bathing. House has stairs and is elevated, not suitable for folks who have difficulty with stairs.

The outdoor space features a rectangular saltwater pool, surrounded by a smooth stone patio. Reclining loungers and teak umbrellas provide shaded seating. Lush greenery, including trees and shrubs, creates a serene backdrop, enhancing the overall tranquility of the setting.
