Mallard Lakes is one of our favorite vacation destinations. Mary’s unit was so great, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again with her.

Everything as advertised. Beautiful home in a convenient location and the amenities offered something for everyone. Jenna was a friendly and very responsive host.

Jill's place was perfect for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Close to so many restaurants, stores, the beach and bars. Jill provided great recommendations and was quick to respond if we had questions. Thank you, Jill!

Lauren’s place was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 very active toddlers! The first floor was very spacious and the pictures accurately depicted every room of this lovely home. Lauren was incredibly responsive and so quick to help when a minor issue arose early in our stay. The community is so friendly and walkable, and having easy access to multiple pools and playground areas was one of the best parts of our trip! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at Donna’s house! The place was spotless, super cozy, and so stylish, with plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. The quiet neighborhood made it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. We absolutely loved hanging out on the outdoor decks, soaking up the views, and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrises over the canal. The screened porch was perfect for unwinding and catching the sunset. The beach was only a short distance away, and the kayaks and SUPs were such a fun way to explore the bay. Donna was an incredible host—always responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. We seriously can’t recommend her beach house enough!

This is our second time at Barbara’s place and it was another great experience! She is extremely communicative, proactive and accommodating, especially when it comes to check-in/check-out times. The house was spotless clean as always and updated: new furniture on the patio and a kettle( a minor change but very helpful to our family). She even added a toddler seat to make it easier to feed our little one. We came as a group of 5(including the toddler) and had a perfect amount of space for everyone. Would highly recommend this home!

House was beautiful, neighborhood was peaceful. The only thing I wasn’t 100% sold on was the distance to the beaches and the boardwalk; which was totally my fault because I wasn’t familiar with the area and didn’t do enough research. Hosts were friendly, speedy with answers and welcoming! The house was clean and well stocked. Definitely would consider staying with them again!

Everything was amazing ! Checked off every box on the list! It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and overall pretty spacious. The community pool was also a nice perk too! I definitely recommend this place for those who are looking for someplace rather private and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

Tara was an amazing hostess and made me feel right at home. She's the kind of person who if I lived in the area I feel like I could be friends with. So welcoming and accommodating and genuinely a delight to know! when above and beyond to make check-in a piece of cake and was even willing to let me have a late check out.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

The house was awesome! Great location - close to restaurants, stores, beach and boardwalk. Park your car and never drive again! Walk or bike anywhere in Dewey or Rehoboth. Private yard surrounded by tress and a fence. An incredible 2nd story screened in outside patio/porch that you can enjoy anytime of the day or night! Open kitchen and living room area. Don’t forget about the outside shower. The best place to be after a day at the beach! Philip and Michael were great host! We can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!

Our first time staying in the area with our small children and we will definitely be back! The cottage was a perfect little oasis to return to after our daily adventures. The screened porch made for quite a few peaceful morning coffees before we headed out. Eileen even had a few age appropriate toys and books that our kiddos dove right into as we unloaded our things.

Mary Ellen was a terrific host. The house was lovely and the location was perfect. All the house instructions/rules were thoroughly laid out before our stay. Thank you again for the wonderful weekend!

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

Everything at this Airbnb Is exactly as described. We had an amazing time with a group of 10 people. There is a lot of outdoor space, off street parking (we fit 7 cars easily), and common space area. This house would be wonderful for a small party or a large party of people. The bedrooms were charming and pretty large. The location is amazing too. It’s set back from the road and feels very private. The view of the lake is beautiful and serene. We drank coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake every morning. The house is a short walk to two different beach areas. We loved this house and look forward to booking it again next summer!!
