Vacation rentals with a kayak in Delaware

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

This is the perfect home for a weekend getaway. Just what we were looking for. The pictures do not do it justice and the home had everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay! Thank you for opening your home so that my family and I could make unforgettable birthday and Christmas memories together.

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. Our dog Willie Boy gives it 4 paws up and one waggly tail (highest rating possible). James is a great host - responsive and informative. Stay well, Don 🎺, Liz 🙏 and Willie Boy 🐾

I have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and this stay was my favorite yet. Ashlee was wonderful, very thoughtful and responsive. The house was exactly what it looked like in pictures. It was spotless and so clean! The views were stunning, from every window you see water. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning in the future.

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time at Sandy Bottoms! We would highly recommend this house, it has everything you could possibly need and Brian was great!

Twelve of us stayed for five nights. Above all, we appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. There was room for everyone in the living room and for dining. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of items available to use at the beaches. Our only suggestion is to have some firmer pillows for the beds. However, that is so minute in comparison to the wonderful memories we were able to have together at this beautiful place! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Checkout was easy. We had a fantastic stay - other reviews are spot on! The location was easy to find, parking was no problem with two cars, and the views from the back patio and waterfront-facing bedrooms couldn’t be better. We had plenty of space for our group and no issues controlling the indoor temps in winter. Look forward to returning again!

Our stay was perfect! We had a wedding to go to while down there and everything was no more than 30 minutes from us. Cindy and Dave were fantastic and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The house was in the perfect location and made us feel right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place to stay, felt very safe and was quiet and relaxing! We had plenty of space in the house for everyone to stay comfortably and took full advantage of the bikes and kayaks. Dave was extremely responsive and took the time to check in with us each day of our visit!

I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never booked a hotel room through airbnb. This experience was great. The suite was clean and I was able to have my pup with me. Located close to the beach and attractions. Great stay, would recommend.
