Everything was great, there was nothing to complain about, except that the bed was a little soft, but that's a matter of taste ;)

Large playground and stream for playing right outside the door, good starting point for excursions around the Edersee.

We spent 5 days in this beautiful apartment with three moms and three children ages 2, 3 and 6. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is super well equipped (bed linen, towels etc. great, games, books, super many kitchen and household items, spacious rooms, great living / dining area, beautiful balcony with great views and sunset, 2 sparkling clean bathrooms, travel cot, outage protection, children's high chairs, parking space, garage, ...). What you might need to know with children: the two attic windows cannot be 100% darkened, but have shutters. There is a lot to do with children in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I have been to Barbara and Helmut many times and it was a super plus experience for me, I was warmly welcomed, well looked after and will be happy to return there at any time as soon as an opportunity arises.

Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We spent 4 days for 2 with 2 dogs at Uta's in the beautiful Löffelsterz. The house is beautiful with good amenities and you have everything to spend a successful vacation away from the hustle and bustle on a large property on the outskirts, without direct neighbors. Uta gave us cake and was always easy to reach and answered all questions quickly and reliably. I will come back dear Uta, because you really have a beautiful spot of earth that you make available to us for the holidays.

House was clean. Well furnished kitchen. Descriptions were clear. We brought our own linens to avoid extra cost.

Perfect for groups who want to spend a weekend together in peace. The house is equipped with everything you might need and above all the garden with many seating areas and terraces is impressive. Ossi is a top host who sent all the important information and tips in advance and answered questions immediately and easily.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house with 8 people and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The amenities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambiance and tasteful decor is truly one of a kind. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. The accommodation was completely clean upon arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The city center is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very friendly and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

Hello We quickly found the house and quickly felt comfortable. Everything was clean and really nicely decorated. There was nothing missing. Communication with Nicole was always quick and straightforward. I grew up in the Sauerland and like the area. You can do so many things. Our stay at Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quickly accessible.

Everything was great: Albert was a great host, and the apartment had everything we wanted: Quiet, great amenities, really cozy beds!!! We were very sad that we had to leave again... but we will be happy to come back!

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We had a lovely short vacation in Ottlar. The children loved the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home theater and Lego were loved and also the great new playground across the street was great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was awesome that everything else was there for the kids, which you need so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

We stayed at Merle's cottage for 2 nights due to a wedding we had there. The cottage is very nicely located right in the center but still quiet. It is very cozy, tasteful and very clean. Sufficient parking space in the neighbourhood.

Hello Together🙋🏻‍♀️ My fiance and I had determined for us a relaxing weekend as well as a cozy weekend to organize. We really have to say it was really what we were looking for. The area was very quiet and very relaxed. Everyone was very positive and also very helpful. We had a really great weekend and thanks Steve, the advice to us & the recommendations as well as the helpfulness to us! ☺️ In any case, we decided to go there again because we had a really wonderful weekend.
