A very cozy space with wooden beams, a fireplace, and a small patio to rest after a day at the beach or in the mountains. It's an ideal house for families or groups of friends. The house is fully furnished, with kitchen utensils and bathroom included.

30 m holiday home with 730 m garden. A fully independent and enclosed property with very good access, the house is fully equipped and decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has a barbecue and outdoor gazebo. We are 50 m from the Santibañez fountain (you must try its water) and 15 minutes from Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar and the Saja Reserve Natural Park. The town of Cabezon de la Sal is 3 km away.
