Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is, we rested and Magda was very friendly.

We spent a very relaxing 9 nights at Jose’s place (family of 4 with 2 children). Very lush and peaceful surroundings, very clean and comfortable accommodation with a huge bath and seemingly endless hot water. The freshwater pool is fabulous and we had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Great base for exploring the caves and beaches of Cantabria. There are a lot of local non-touristy restaurants with delicious food & wine to enjoy too. Just check opening times. Jose is a perfect host. Not intrusive and always on hand if you need him. Highly recommended and hope to go back one day!

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We stayed there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is nice for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to come to this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - you're in the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for having us in your home.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

They welcomed us very warmly, everything was just right. Quiet place from which to go anywhere in Cantabria. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Carlos and Ana are great hosts. Highly recommended

The cottage is phenomenal, perfectly equipped, with a garden and barbecue. Eva makes everything easy and is attentive to any need. The location is great for car trips around the area, as you don't have to go through the whole town. It has supermarkets and services nearby. You have to take a car to go to the beach. If I had to choose again, I would definitely repeat.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

The house is just like the photos, the location is idyllic in nature and next to a stream. Esther sends very useful information and was attentive at all times to respond to anything we asked. A very pleasant stay.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is cosy, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The view is absolutely stunning. the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset, the scenery adds something really special to the experience. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. An ideal place to stay with children! We had a great time despite the bad weather... a pity since we could not enjoy the garden, but luckily the penthouse was full of toys to make up for it! We were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice.

We have been very comfortable in the house, it is located in a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. The house is just as seen in the photos, everything is very clean and tidy, there is nothing missing to spend a few days on vacation. Our girls have enjoyed the small garden and the terrace. We have taken several walks in the surroundings and close to the river, everything is very nice. We would definitely repeat.

Isabel is lovely and always available. He sent us the location and greeted us with some local cookies. We had a problem with the key because of us and he came to where we were, a nice touch to thank. Thank you so much for everything!!!

AMAZING stay at María's absolutely stunning home. No one wanted to leave and the Spaniards in our group were already plotting their return. (We would all return in a heartbeat but most of us live in Chicago.) As others have noted, it is even more beautiful than the photos and so incredibly peaceful. Additionally, María is an outstanding host, going above and beyond for us. She was flexible on our arrival time when it took us longer to get there than expected. She gave great recommendations and even delivered a second crib at 11PM. Thank you, María!

We were very comfortable at Gloria's house. Mari, who welcomed us, was very nice, and showed us the house and its facilities in detail. The house is fully equipped, and is perfect for disconnecting. A very peaceful place and a wonderful landscape. We'll be back!
